Hello Dina, this is a great question. The Medium Plan was added to our pricing page for users that wanted to add their logo to their reports and didn't want to spend $199. Before, the pricing went from Pro: $99 to Plus $199 to Elite $499. We based the new membership tiers off of what members were using and asking for and I certainly understand the concern here. $249 is a big jump from the $199 tier we offered before as the next level up. To counteract this, some users are simply purchasing multiple Standard memberships at $99 a piece to gain more campaigns, 5 at a time.
I will certainly send the feedback you gave to our product team so they can consider this in their future pricing updates. thank you so much for contacting us and the straightforward feedback. Feedback like this helps us make the right decisions in the near future.

Yea - wow. Sure hope that's a typo. An extra 50% just for custom reports and some extra keywords for rank tracking? And jumping right from 5 to 25 as the only way to get more campaigns? Ruh roh.

Campaign Update Notification Anomaly and some misc questions re Moz Analytics
Hi I received an email late last night (GMT) saying one of my campaigns had updated yet looking at the campaign online says last updated on the 13th ? Normally my campaigns have fully updated for the week by Wednesday latest. Other Notifications & Misc Queries: A Key Words on-page score has increased from 36 to 96 (these used to be letters, has grading changed ?) yet no on-page work has been carried out on this particular page for many months so how can it change so radically, is it just that Moz crawler has only just taken note of it ? When is the on-page opportunities section going to be complete/fixed (as in include a KW) i asked about this soon after it was launched but still lacks the all important kw to give it meaning/a useful tool. Am i right in thinking that until it includes the kw its totally meaningless ? When clicking Question Category (below) i cant change slection after clicking a radio button it cant be un-clicked, is this prob my side or yours ? All Best Dan

New Campaign Set Up Completion/finishing issue !?
Hi I have just completed setting up a new campaign in Moz Analytics but when i press finish theres a graphic representing somehting updating/loading and then nothing happens like a message saying campaign set up complete and it just stays on same page. How do I change back to a free membership?
I am no longer satisfied with paying for my "Pro" moz membership. I miss having phone support, but moz personnel have told me, "don't worry, we have chat support, and that's just as good!" So just now I tried to downgrade my membership status from "pro" to free", but now you have to fill in ALL of your credit card information, just to cancel(!) If you don't believe me, just try it. Anyway, I thought that maybe I was just not understanding how to do it, so I tried using the chat system to ask for help, and here's what happened. ================= me: How do I downgrade from my current "pro" subscription to a free subscription (if there still is such a thing as a free one)?

me: Pretty ironic. I am cancelling my paid subscription because you dropped phone support but you (your company) told me, "oh don't worry, chat support is just as good" ================= And, I waited for ten minutes before giving up and asking here. I hope that at least some other customer can answer this question for me. This is a perfect example of why phone support is important, chat support is ok but not always sufficcient, and why in general it's not satisifactory (to me, at least), to basically tell customers to go ask for help in the Q&A forums because the company won't budget sufficiently to provide customer support with its own personnel. Sad, too, because I've been a moz customer for over 4 years. There just isn't enough difference in value for me to continue, considering the other tools that are available now, some of which do provide satisfactory support.
