Annoying Popup saying "authentication required"! How do I resolve this?
-
I utilise the Moz bar quite rigourously as a content marketer but i'm having an annoying popup every second. Moz kept bugging me with a popup bar saying: "authentication required" asking me to input my username & password. Though filling it in correctly, it keeps bugging me every second. Sometimes even when I have disabled the toolbar it keeps poping up! How to resolve this?

Hey there!
Our engineers have worked their magic, and we have actually just rolled out a brand new version of the MozBar - you can download it here. It's also recommended to clear your cache & cookies upon reinstalling. So far, we've had reports of great success - if you're still running into trouble after downloading the new version, please pop a message over to help@moz.com so we can collect some details from you about exactly what you're seeing:)

Hi,
I have the same problem and it's the same even after uninstalling and reinstalling the MozBar.

I was having this before the weekend. Every new page I visit, Mozbar would give me a captcha. As much as I enjoy picking out all the bicycle photos from the grid, it's not so fun when it pops up for every new page....

Hey there!
Sam from Moz's Help Team here.
Sorry to hear about the problems you're running into with the MozBar:(. We have been experiencing some troubles with the tool, and have updated our Health Page to reflect this. Our engineers are working a complete overhaul on the back end to resolve the issues people have been seeing.
A few issues similar to the one you've mentioned have been resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling the MozBar - could you give this a shot to see if it helps?
If not, we'd love to collect some information from you and some screenshots of exactly what you're seeing (every little piece of info helps), so could you send over a message to help@moz.com if the uninstall/reinstall isn't effective?

Moz says "Title Too Long", Yoast says title is the perfect length. Who's right?
For a bunch of my pages, the MOZ Crawl Report says "Title Too Long". Yoast on my site tells me that the titles are the correct length. How can these two things be at odds with each other? Which one is right?

"Keywords Showing" total doesn't match "Tracked Keywords" total
My "Tracked Keywords" total under "Add & Manage Keywords" does not match the total for "Keywords Showing" on the main "Rankings" tab. Why is there a difference? For example, I have 453 tracked keywords attached to my campaign, but under the "Tracked Keywords Overview," there are only 254 listed. I'm sure there's a simple explanation but I can't find it anywhere!

On-Page Grader "Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible."
We have a new client with a squarespace page. http://www.mountainhouseestate.com The Moz On-Page grader returns the error "Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible." for all pages. Possibly related, Google seems to hate their site. Even a search for "mountain house estate" returns lousy results. Bing/Yahoo has no problem with it.
