When I purchase aggregator submission via Bright Local, those approved profiles are they pushed then other directories or further action is required?

Correct GMB page is not being pulled to validate in Moz Dashboard

Hi, I have a client who will be purchasing a Moz Local package. They have 1 main location and 11 off-site locations throughout the city. I am trying to validate the last location through the dashboard but the correct Google My Business page is not being pulled. I went to the backend of the Google My Business page and there is a banner saying, "Your business is verified. Listings may be reviewed for quality and can take up to 3 days to be published." This banner has been present for almost 3 weeks now. The Google Business pages were bulk verified and only this one page is pending review. Does anyone have insights as to why the page is still pending review? If the page is verified, why is it not being pulled to Moz Dashboard?

What do I do if the business listed in Moz Local Business Listing for Yellow Pages is wrong?

Hey there! I have a business listing set up in Moz Local. The system seems to have accurately found the business on most networks, but on Yellow Pages, it has a completely different business listed (my business is a Pilates studio and it has a soccer club listed). What are the steps I can take to fix this? I can claim my listing on Yellow Pages, but after I do that, how does Moz Local associate the two? Thanks, --eric

Moz Local for Physicians

I have a Moz Local campaign set up for a physicians clinic. MOZ has informed me that several duplicate listings for the office have been found. Some are listed using an old business name, some are listed using an old business name w/ physicians no longer practicing at the clinic. Most all have inconsistent data. The question is: Do I "ignore" or "close" these duplicate listings? Also, should I wait to clean up inconsistent data until MOZ has successfully "submitted and updated" the listings in the directories they submit to? When I search my local listing with Moz, why does it state that MOZ is unable to contact YP, Hotfrog, and Best of the Web? I will appreciate any guidance here:-)

Moz Local | Different hours of operation for different methods within the same location (lobby and drive thru hours). How to display this?

Wanting to use moz local for a credit union. The locations have differing hours of operation for their lobby and their drive thru. The hours DO overlap. How to display the two "conflicting" hours of op? TIA! Example: Location 123 Lobby Hours: M-F 9-5 S 9-1 Drive Thru Hours: M-F 9-6 S 8:30-2

Moz Local Duplicating Street Address

Hi, Whenever I done a lookup for a client we were hoping to get on Moz Local, the listing that appeared has a repeating street address. For Example: 123 Some Street, 123 Some Street, Some City, Some ZIP Code I have checked Google Plus / Google My Business and no such repetition is there, however, under the Incomplete section it's showing Google as the one that's incorrect, but when I click through to Google the address is correct - see attached images... I have gone through all the other listings and they are correct from what I can see through the Moz Report. Also, this is happening with more than one address that I have checked - see attached images. If anyone has any input on the matter it would be greatly appreciated. Does purchasing a Moz Local listing allow you to report old incorrect addresses?

I know this is pretty basic, but I've had trouble finding a way to report old, incorrect addresses. It almost seems like they want you to purchase a second listing to claim that one. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Tom

Submitted to Moz Local - and percentage hasn't changed after 2-3 weeks

Hello Moz Support, I've submitted to Moz Local 2-3 weeks ago - Bayou Tactical in my account. And the percentage remains the same with certain websites saying 100% incomplete that should be covered with Moz Local. Please help and thanks! Cole
