Hi there!
Sam from Moz's Help Team here - sorry about any confusion!
Your credit card will not be charged at any point during your 30-day trial, but we do perform a $1 authorization on your account to ensure your credit card is valid, which is then immediately voided. After your 30-day trial, you will be charged each month thereafter. If you decide that Moz isn't for you, you can cancel anytime, both during and after your trial.
I hope this helps to explain - do let me know if you have any follow up questions!

Why is "preview this query" button greyed out in Add & Manage Queries?
I am trying to set up an industry query in Add & Manage Queries but the "preview this query" button greyed out. I filled in the Query Name, Add Label: Industry and matches phrase exactly under Search Query. Thank you for your help.

Can't create a brand query?
When I try to create a brand query, clicking the 'preview query' button doesn't do anything. Anyone else have this happening to them? It would be my first brand query if that matters.

What do Pro Subscribers Get that Free Users Don't?
I've been playing with my new account here on Moz, and I'm trying to figure out what Pro subscribers get that Free users don't get. Is there a page somewhere that lists the differences? I Googled, but couldn't find one.

Why can't I add more than one campaign in my trial version of MOZ?
Hi, I'm on the 30 day trial and I can only run one campaign right now. I thought I could add in 5 campaigns. When I go into Manage Campaigns the 'add a campaign' button is light blue and I can't click it. Is this just because I'm on the trial? Or should I be able to add 4 more campaigns?
