How do folks present the SEOmoz reports to clients?

Hi,

How are people presenting the SEOmoz reports to clients?
- Do you just export to PDF and email it?
- Cut and paste items inside some other kind of personalized format?
- Add adobe style sticky notes to explain things on top of the reports?
- Or something else that is wonderful and endearing to your clients?

I run the PDF and the cut and paste so it has my own branding then follow up with a phone call.

What impact has external links reported as http503

Hello I have 72 external broken links who are reported with a http 503 status. When I ask the owner of that site, he confirmed he has removed it from GA by using this status. My question is. Does this have an impact for the quality of my site? The site is available, there is no delay when you open the link. Thank you for your support. br

Links being reported in Webmaster Tools

Hi Are the Total Links To Your Site, as reported in GWT, purely external inbound links ? Since these links are usually, as far as i can tell, much higher in number than any other link reporting tool and hence, i presume, more accurate, why don't services such as Moz etc include this in reporting ? I know its just a total number and link quality is whats important not quantity, but i would have thought interesting to show in reporting in conjunction with link quality info such as is already reported. Since most backlink reporting tools do show a total but always much much lower than that reported in gwt (i think) All Best Dan

Spike in 4xx Client Error After Theme Change

There is a huge Spike in 4xx Client Error after new Wordpress Theme Change. Report shows URL that doesn't exist in the Referral Page. Missing URL (404) - http://www.happyschoolsblog.com/gre-test-dates-2011/happyschools/ Referral - http://www.happyschoolsblog.com/gre-test-dates-2011/ Likewise there are over 4000 errors (4xx) with happyschools appended to the URL. I'm not sure how to fix the those errors. Thanks.

Is there a way I can report on local search results for our keywords by city?
For example could I specify Phoenix or Chicago and then see how we rank as if we did the search in that city?

Does SEOmoz have a tool to find mirror sites?

I heard from a company that is trying to get my clients SEO business that they discovered multiple sites mirroring our site's content. Does SEOmoz have a tool to find these websites? Or does Google?

FF SEOMoz toolbar issue

I sent the email below to help@seomoz.org on the 12th April and haven't heard anything back so thought I'd fire it up here in case someone has a solution for me... "For the past month or so I've had an issue in Firefox where my SEOmoz toolbar appears to not sign me in, or allow me to sign in. All metrics are 0 for all websites/pages and if I click the login button, nothing happens at all. If I click the Quick Links button the drop down menu appears but whichever option from the drop down I choose, nothing happens. I'm funning Firefox 11.0 and have attached a screen grab of the bar as it appears no matter where I browse.
Do you have any suggestions how I can get it working again? It works fine in Chrome but I primarily use Firefox..." UNRMw.jpg

I just noticed that a few of my campaigns have number of pages crawled 1. Can someone tell me what this is.... from 5 campaigns 2 have only one pages crawled from which one is an online shop with over 2000 products 🙂

SEOMOZ Competitive Domain Analysis

Hi, I am just trying to get to the bottom of why I am seeing such wildly different figures in the SEOMOZ link analysis. The SEO company that we use is saying that we have around 331 external links to our website, when I check on Yahoo site explorer, it returns 264 external links, but in my SEOMOZ campaign manager, it says I have 4 external links? I fully appreciate that none of these methods are going to be wholly accurate, and are going to produce different results, but I can't understand why the SEOMOZ results are so vastly different. I also know for a fact there are a number of Followed links that I have added to a couple of websites, that Google has now indexed (as they appear in search results), but don't appear in the campaign manager results. If SEOMOZ use a different method to assess an external link, then no problem - my main concern here is that as a Newbie I am doing something wrong within the SEOMOZ tools, and don't want to take action based on results that may be incorrect because I have set things up incorrectly? Any help is greatly appreciated. Many thanks, Gareth
