Traffic Data Lag
-
Today is 8/29/11. Why does my traffic data still show data from 8/8/11? It says last data update 8/15/11 but there is no 8/15 data showing. I should be able to view 8/22 by now. This is way behind. I'm a newbie so hook me up. What am I missing? It was updating every Monday but not anymore.

Hi KegOutlet,
This thread is over a year old, so you're having something different happen to you than what happened then. Could you send a note over to help@seomoz.org and we'll investigate? Thanks!

Same problem here SEOmoz, my traffic data tab is still showing data from 8/8 and isn't showing analytics data from the last fortnight!

Hi everyone,
Since there are multiple people with this question, I've asked the help desk to come over here and let you know what's up (as I'm not sure myself). So sorry you're having problems.

I have the same problem. There always was a lag, but not as bad as now. It does show the update from 8/15 in my keywords, but not the overall traffic report.

Bing SEM Traffic showing up as Organic in Moz?
Hi there, Everyone! First time poster. 🙂 One of my clients has an ads string showing up in organic search? It is: s=bing_search&p=none . If I block it in the robots text, then I won't see any traffic results.

Moz vs google data conflict?
Hi there, I am doing an SEO site audit for a client(giveaway, and here is the problem: when performing site:domain.com on google --> 13,800 pages were found When I see this number it seems to be a bit too much compare to the links i checked on integrity(link check for broken links) which gave me a result of 1291. I digged in more into the Google results and saw hundreds(maybe thousands) of pages that are blocked by robots.txt. So I am thinking, ok this is it, thousands of pages can't be crawled by the search engines. Here is the big BUT though, then I check at my moz crawl (see attachment) and no pages are blocked by the SEs, and then look at the dups, only 23 recorded?? Is Moz not crawling properly the 13,800 results that google finds or is this some magical phenomenon happening here? I am really confused here that is why I need some help here! Thank you guys! Data Missing In Pro Account
Hi All, I've been using Pro for a couple of years with nothing more than the occasional glitch, however, almost every day there is some kind of data missing from a campaign or two within my account recently. It's got to the point that I send a support ticket most days, no matter how insignificant the problem. Often I just need to disconnect and reconnect Analytics, but it's becoming very frustrating. Is it just me who's having these issues or do other people have the same problem recently? Thanks, Steve

No Crawl data in dashboard
For the second straight week, I have had no crawl data in my dashboard. It seems like the crawler erased all my results in the pro dashboard. Is there a way to manually recrawl my site, since I will have to wait another week to see if it comes back to earth? Thanks

Non search traffic in a report, user data etc
Are there any plans so we could add more data from Google Analytics to the seomoz reports? At the moment the reports are nice but my clients want to know the bigger picture than just the search traffic. They need to know the total traffic, the bounce rate, pages viewed etc - data in Google Analytics. There are other seo type tools which offer this information when you generate reports and if seomoz were to allow it then it would make life so much easier as I would not need to maintain a subscription here for the cool tools on offer and to offer websites at up to $100 a month just to generate client reports.

What's the best practice for tracking broad match traffic?
We use the Pro Web App for our keyword/ranking reporting. First, am I correct in assuming that this uses exact match to report the traffic? That being the case, is there a way in Moz (beyond entering endless permutations of our targeted keywords) to track traffic we're getting out of broad match searches? For example, say we optimized for and are tracking the keyword "lambada dancing llamas" for a company called Llarry's Llamas. Let's say that Moz reports little to no traffic for that keyword, but GoogleAnalytics indicates that we've gotten traffic from "larrys dancing llamas", "dancing llamas", "llarry llamas" and so on. So, obviously we're getting broad match traffic out of the lambada llamas, just not a lot of exact match, which is all that the Moz app shows. How do other people track this kind of traffic?

Is SEOMoz better than Traffic Travis ?
I've been trying both programs for the free trial and I'm not sure which one is exactly better. they seem to me that both give a similar asepct of research, However SEOMOZ seems to be updating more frequntly. On the seconnd hand, traffic travis is way more cheaper only $97 one time fee as apposed to SEOMoz $100 per month Could someone convince me SEOMOZ is the better tool?

How do data feeds work in product selection
Hi – I don't know if this is an SEO matter or not, but I have data feeds to Google, Bing and thefind.com for all of my products. I have no idea if these feeds help. My guess is that they do not generate much business. For example if I type in "Brass Bookends" our products usually don't show up until the late pages. Using this as an example does anyone know how these sites select the order in which they display products? Another way to phrase this is what makes thefind.com show a competitor's brass bookends several pages before ours? FYI we have been doing these data feeds for a year on a consistent basis so being new shouldn't be a factor. Any insights will be most appreciated. Thanks. Don. www.uniquegiftsanddecor.com
