Problems with seomoz profile section

Is anybody else having problems adding or changing their profile on seomoz? I make the changes it comes up saving then logs me out?

If only I could! That is a lot of stress - it's pretty much how many points the President gets when he helps avert national disasters. Let me know if it's still not working for you in Chrome or if I can help any further!

Hi yes im in explorer, just trying to update my standard information on profile page for example adding info like how many hours do I spend on seo, all those questions on that page when I click save it just logs me out of seomoz and when I go back in the changes havent saved

Hey James,
Sorry that you're having this problem! I know that there are some profile update issues with Internet Explorer - are you using IE? If so, try Chrome or Firefox. Also, can you let me know what you're trying to update and what exactly happens? Feel free to reply here or, even better, email me at help@seomoz.org so I can put this into our support logs.

I am also using Chrome but Aaron confirmed there is something wrong with mine.

Mine hasn't updated my comments, etc for weeks and I never realised - I raised a ticket for this to be looked at yesterday - hopefull Aaron is on the case

Site wide links from another domain - could these cause a problem?
Hi I manage the SEO in house for the site http://www.naturalworldsafaris.com/ A new add on to our services has been launched in the form of an online store allowing us to sell, for example, expedition clothing that is relevant to the trips we offer. The store is managed elsewhere and sits on a subdomain of the company who are providing this service for us. There are sitewide links throughout this site back to our homepage: http://naturalworld.newheadings.com/index.php I'm just a bit concerned about these links from an SEO perspective and was wondering if we should request these are set up as no follow. Would appreciate any thoughts on this. Thanks!

Problem with duplicate pages due to mobile site.
Hey everyone, We've got an issue where our current shopping cart provider (Volusion) allows us to use canonical and rel="alternate" links, however the canonical links are forced on our Desktop as well as mobile pages. When they should only be on the mobile pages. Multiple redirects a problem?
When product is sold out I will 301 redirect to a category page if a similar product is not available, but now our web developer has changed all the url's of the category pages so I need to redirect them all to the new category pages but that means there are some products that are first being redirected to the no longer existent category and then being redirected again to the new category page. This seems like it might me be a problem having two 301 redirects so I wanted to find out for sure if it is. Unfortunately our system for redirecting pages is archaic so it will be difficult and time consuming to go back and redo all the redirects that are going to pages that no longer exist so I wanted to get some additional opinions before I do that.

Used SEOMOZ top 100 Directories, my site ranking lowered, what can we do to fix this?
We have made a big mistake.... So what can we do to fix this? A trainee member of staff has used the seomoz 100 top directories and added to sites from PR10 to PR6 approx about 25 sites, using keywords were possible instead of using the website URL "which i now was stupid!. Our website ranking have been lowered big time for all keywords used!, eg from 1st to 10th and even disappeared from the top 100 We are contacting all directories asking for the Title link to be changed to the URL instead of a keyword.. Will this help? I understand that Google give sites a penalty for this!!, but what can i do to put this right and how long would this penalty last for? Any advice would be highly appreciated... Google has not indexed my site in over 4 weeks, what's the problem?
We recently put in permanent redirects to our new url, but Google seems to not want to index the new url. There was no problems with the old url and the new url is brand new so should have no 'black marks' against it. We have done everything we can think off in terms of submitting site maps, telling google our url has changed in webmaster tools, mentioning the new url on social sites etc...but still nothing. It has been over 4 weeks now since we set up the redirects to the url, any ideas why Google seems to be choosing not to index it? Thanks
