I know how long it takes for google to crawle my website but not sure how long it takes SEOmoz to answer my emails. Maybe 4-5 months?

Try posting your inquiries here on the Q&A, as the SEO moz community is generally quite quick to answer just about anything you can throw at em. You also have one freebie question a month that you can send to the team, so choose wisely. And be nice to the SEOmoz team - they make this whole thing possible

SEOMoz Question
Hi, I have taken over SEO on a real estate site with an internal blog. Unfortunately there are loads of duplicated pages and titles in the blog. It was suggested that all should be rel=canonical so not to show up. In my last crawl here though they still do. So question is if SEOMoz crawls and sees them is Google also seeing them? Also would it be best to move the blog off site so this does not cause anymore damage and just link to it from the main site? Thanks for your comments

Crawl Diagnostics: Next crawl date is in the past
Hi - I have quite a few crawl diagnostic errors and warnings. I have attempted to fix many of them but noticed this note at the bottom of the crawl diagnostics chart: "Last Crawl Completed: Mar. 22nd, 2013 Next Crawl Starts: Mar. 29th, 2013" It looks like SEOMoz thinks the next crawl date is Mar 29th, 2013, which is two weeks ago. Is there any way to "force" the crawl and get it back on regular schedule? This may have happened when my account was disabled because my credit card expired...Thoughts?

Crawl Test - Taking too long
The last crawl test I invoked seems to be in progress for over 24 hours. The one before that completed in a few hours. Wish there was a progress indicator or an option to cancel. The crawl (from Tool > Crawl Test) should not take this long. Any ideas or suggestions? Also, the keyword research tool (plus a few others) have been down ever since I signed up. Is this a normal?

A question about Mozbot and a recent crawl on our website.
Hi All, Rogerbot has been reporting errors on our website's for over a year now, and we correct the issues as soon as they are reported. However I have 2 questions regarding the recent crawl report we got on the 8th. 1.) Pages with a "no-index" tag are being crawled by roger and are being reported as duplicate page content errors. I can ignore these as google doesnt see these pages, but surely roger should ignore pages with "no-index" instructions as well? Also, these errors wont go away in our campaign until Roger ignores the URL's. 2.) What bugs me most is that resource pages that have been around for about 6 months have only just been reported as being duplicate content. Our weekly crawls have never picked up these resources pages as being a problem, why now all of a sudden? (Makes me wonder how extensive each crawl is?) Anyone else had a similar problem? Two PR 5 websites, but little to no link data in OSE. How??
As the title states - We've recently developed two sites for clients - within the last 4 months or so. With the Google PR update, both sites are sitting as PR 5 sites. I've tried to have a look in the OSE for the backlink profile of both websites, but I see nothing. Even Majestic SEO's fresh index doesn't provide much info. The DA of each site is 11-16. I would really love to see what's generating the link juice to these sites. Any ideas? The two sites are: https://bfore.co.za

How to crawl the whole domain?
Hi, I have a website an e-commerce website with more than 4.600 products. I expect that Seomoz scan check all url's. I don't know why this doesn't happens. The Campaign name is Artigos para festa and should scan the whole domain festaexpress.com. But it crels only 100 pages I even tried to create a new campaign named Festa Express - Root Domain to check if it scans but had the same problem it crawled only 199 pages. Hope to have a solution.
