Is there a way to see how the number of inbound links has changed over time for a campaign?

It is hard to tell whether links are increasing for a campaign without historical data being stored so trends can be shown

That looks like it does the job. I was hoping for something within SEOMoz Pro so I don't have to pay for an additional service though!

yeah..theres majesticseo.com . You can put in your domain and it will show you a chart of how your links have grown over time. Hope this helps.

Inbound links not showing in reports

My clients site so far only has a few inbound links. If I do a report on MOZ/Open Site Explorer it only lists 10 domains linking in and, a number of important ones are not on that list. As an example, one of the leading UK national newspapers (Daily Telegraph) has a link on this page to the client www.vidavida.co.uk and yet this link/domain does not appear in the above reports. Is this an intentional nofollow type thing that the telegraph does and is there a way for me to check that on their site/page? http://fashion.telegraph.co.uk/news-features/TMG8655068/Holiday-travel-in-style.html Any comments most appreciated. I signed up for SEOMOZ so that I could get a conclusive list of links for my competition. I hope I can get this information with this tool. Can I? And where can I find the tool? P.S. I don't need my own inbound links; I can get these with google webmaster tools.

Find a 4xx or 5xx link referenced in an SEO Crawl Report

So I just got the Crawl Diagnostics report for a client site and it came back with a number of 4xx errors and even 1 5xx error. So while I can find the URL that has the problem, I cannot find the pages that have the links pointing to these non-existent or problematic pages. Normally I would just search the database for the site, but in this case I don't have access to it as the site is on a proprietary platform with no access other than to the CMS. Is there anyway to get the linking URL from the report? Thanks!

At what point do you think that an inbound link becomes a bad or low quality link when it comes to the inbound links page domain Authority and page Authority. SO as they are scored 1-100 in each case. At what score would you attempt to get rid of such links.

In my crawl diagnostics, there are links to duplicate content. How can I track down where these links originated in?

How can I find out how SEOMOz found these links to begin with? That would help fix the issue. Where's the source page where the link was first encountered listed at?

Discrepancies in link reports from SEOMoz and OSE

Hello, I am trying to understand the link profile of my site. In the competitive analysis from SEOMoz, it shows 22K+ of links, with about 900+ being external followed links and 800+ internal. Webmaster tools shows a similar number of external followed links, but the link report from OSE only shows about 150 external followed links. This brings up several questions: Where is this 22K total links coming from? Why is there such a difference in the SEOMoz competitive analysis and the OSE report? Why does the OSE report show some links as not followed, while Webmaster tools lists them as followed? Am new to the off-page aspects of SEO, and I have to say the discrepancy in data from different tools is by far the most challenging thing for me. Would welcome general advice on this topic as well. OSE Linking Domains CSV Export Blank?

For some client domains, I've tried to do a CSV export from the OSE Linking Domains page, I get a CSV that contains the typical OSE header text, but no output records. Before I click the CSV link I always choose "show domains with links to All pages on the Root Domain". It doesn't happen with every domain I've tried this with, and when I've had the time/patience, some of the time if I try hours later, I get data. The problem though is I rarely have the luxury of running reports a second time during the audit cycle. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a bug, or just an export fail due to system resources or something?

Internal Links

Hi Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on the internal links metric in the Linkscape report. I have run the report for a number of sites that I know have internal links in them but often get the result of just 1 internal link when I run the Linkscape report and I am not sure why Thanks
