How can I track search engine optimization data in Google analytics?
-
My website is linked to a Google Analytics web property. But, I am not able to track search engine optimization data in Google Analytics. So, How can I get it done?
-
Yes, I am looking in new version. I have connected my Google webmaster tools to Google Analytics on 31st October 2011.

Hi,
Are you sure your are looking in the right place? The old version of Google Analytics is for example not showing this data, so you'll have to be in the new version. That will look like this. It could take also a couple of hours before you're data will be shown in Google Analytics if you just connected your accounts.
Hope this helps!

Google Analytics reporting traffic for 404 pages
Hi guys, Unique issue with google analytics reporting for one of our sites. GA is reporting sessions for 404 pages (landing pages, organic traffic) e.g. for this page: http://www.milkandlove.com.au/breastfeeding-dresses/index.php the page is currently a 404 page but GA (see screenshot) is reporting organic traffic (to the landing page). Does anyone know any reasons why this is happening? Cheers. http://www.milkandlove.com.au/breastfeeding-dresses/index.php GK0zDzj.jpg

Tracking repeat buyers Universal Analytics
Hi there, I want to track the repeat buyers on my ecommerce. In order to do that, I am going to create a custom dimension on Analytics. The custom dimension will be called "repeat_buyers" with scope user because I want to track the user over time. Is my assumption correct? How would you you set it up? When I have this dimension, I would just apply the default metric transaction on my reports. I don't have experiencie on custom dimensions so I might be totally wrong. Can you please help? Thanks and regards

Registration tracking with Google Analytics
Hi everyone, I want to track user registrations with Google Analytics for a customer's website. The thing is after registration visitors are not directed to a specific page, so I can't set it as a goal. I thought of tracking submit button with event tracking, but that data would not be true as a visitor may click it more than once, and there's the login with facebook and twitter thing. Before convincig customer to create a registration confirmation page, I want to make sure there's no other way as they don't want to make any changes to the current website. Any ideas?

Cover my tracks / two websites on the same Analytics
Hi, I've got 2 websites and I like one of them to make some links to the other one. These two sites are on the same Google Analytics account. They have been set up 3 month ago and they have some articles on them. I've heard that Google can see that those websites are related in my Analytics and use this information to give less power to the link I could make between them. What do think about it and what do you recommend me ? Shoud I closed the Analytics account ? Or down one of the website and rebuilt it whith a different domain / host / analytics ? The thing is if I delete one of the website i'll be force to republish the articles, because there are links on it, and they're part of a deal I've already made. Thank you
