Linking building tips please guys..

Hi Guys,
I want to start linking building, but because it takes a lot of time it seems where is the best place to start?
I have quiet a lot of PR articles and material, but are there any good places to target and quikcly?
It seems link building can be a bit boring, so any help on how to best get the best links to help rankings would be very much grateful!

There are all sorts of directories, followed comments, etc where you can nab links quickly. It's debatable if they will provide any benefit for you.
Instead, spend some time creating a relationship with an influential site in your niche. Getting one good link from them is going to be more valuable than all the quick links you're going to get.

Link building via Rafflecopter
I received an invite from a company to enter a contest for a chance to win a prize. The contest is run by Rafflecopter. Rafflecopter looks interesting because you can place the contest anywhere including social sites and your own website. Contestants can increase the chances of winning in various ways such as an FB like, tweet, etc. The largest number of points (for this particular contest) are awarded for linking from your website to their website. Given that the contestant must add the link to their website and the sponsoring company can not control whether they use nofollow, couldn't this contest approach to link building cause problems for SEO? If the contest included instructions to copy and paste the html with a nofollow, that would seem like a better solution, but the only guidance given was to link to their home page. Your thoughts? Title Tag Targeting 3 or 4 keywords: Downsides to link building?
Hello, I've got a client who's title tags for an internal page are like (just for example) Running Shoes | Runner's Shoe | Performance Shoe | Cross-trainer That are doing fabulous in the search engines, dominating for most of the terms and dominating for word combinations off of these 4 terms. Sometimes there's no other category to split these up into two keywords a piece, to optimize for less would reduce traffic and conversions. My question is, is this going to look bad when we go to do outreach and guest posting? What are the downsides of leaving a few of the pages like this in the link building arena?
