Can anyone suggest a few good website translation "widgets"

I  would like to give those who are not fluent in English and option to choose another language in which to view the page text.

Yep, looking to enable folks to read content in a variety of languages.

Chrome takes care of that pretty well. I am not aware of any widgets per se. I assume you are looking to install this on your website, right?
