Blocking our IP's but wondering if Google still uses our search data?

The company owner here has our (company) website as his home page. I excluded our static IP’s on Google Analytics, but is that good enough to keep Google from using his search traffic as an indicator of anything negative. Does Google still take into account his activity, but simply block it from my reporting? Finally, does one person actually have that kind of influence as far as time on site, bounce rates, etc. Should I convince him to find a new home page?

Bounce rate threshold is super high. Super high. If it wasn't, every single blackhat would be using it as a negative-SEO tactic.
In short, you don't have to worry about it unless your company owner homepages his browser 10,000 times a day.
And, if we're going to get all pedantic about it, I'm sure if Google's really looking at it that much it'll take into account single-IP bouncing. So 1 IP bouncing 10k times a day would be looked at entirely differently than 1,000 IPs bouncing once a day.

I would not bother. Imagine Fortune 500 companies with 10;s of thousands of employees and each with their browser homepage set to company homepage. Think about web design/e-commerce companies where design teams are looking at the site, browsing the site and then not to forget the QA team. I would definitely not worry about 1 person

Google Analytics - Events impacting session data
Hi Mozzers, Has anybody ever experienced event tracking significantly impacting session data? Here's a summary of what I'm finding: When I measure sessions to a particular hostname (a subdomain) in my Google Analytics report, sessions dropped by over 100% when I removed some event tracking on that subdomain (an event was triggered when a user clicked on a particular button). When I reinstate that event tracking, sessions go back up to around where they used to be. Can anybody understand why this might be happening? Thanks!

How do I fix 608's please?
Hi, I'm on the free trial and finding it very useful I've fixed all my 301's. but now I have a load of 608's. I don't no what this is! I feel like I've cured herpes only to get gonorrhea! can any one help. I have 41 608's which is more than the 301's I had. I hope they are non-related! Improving Search Click through Rate
We are having a problem on our website with click through rates. We are getting between 100-150k impressions through search but we are only getting between 500-1000 clicks to the site. What strategies have you used in the past to help improve your click through rates? Thanks!

Is there any way to find out how many people blocked our site in Google?
With it being a factor in Panda, I would like to know what the number is and whether it's high / low compared to other sites etc. I kind of doubt a lot of people would have blocked us, but I'd like to at least be aware of whether that's a problem for us.
