How do you search blogs by targeted demo or language?

I need to make a list of blogs popular with 2 0something men who are bi-lingual (spanish/english)
Any suggestions?

In terms of finding blogs, I really recommend Google Blog search and Technorati amongst other means.
Then for identifying the demographics that are reading those blogs, try Google's Double Click Ad Planner. Also, if you want to check how many people in a certain demographic might like certain things, Facebook's ad creator.
It's also worth approaching the blogs directly to ask if they have any info about their target demographics.

Can Foreign Language Backlinks Be Valuable?
I've done a lot of searching on this subject, but I keep seeing conflicting answers. Are backlinks from foreign language websites valuable? For example, a travel website in English picks up a couple backlinks in Indonesian language (and other languages) from foreign sites that have a DA of 60-70 or higher. The topic is partially related, but the language is totally different. Would those links still be valuable for the English website's DA? Has this ever been answered conclusively? Thanks

How To Increase Blog DA to 50+
Hey, I am wondering to know the key metrics which MOZ considers before giving a blog of DA 50+. I have tried to search but couldn't find the best answers so was wondering how it's achieved. For example a site named "SportsALA" have a DA of 20 but i see they have links from many sites. I have checked other sites as well for example and they have less RDs but still had higher DA. Can anyone help me to explain Moz DA 2.0 factors a bit more. Thanks

Blog farm?
One of our clients has recently been approached by a competitor regarding a Link building service and SEO and as part of this they have supplied example sites that they "contact" to post articles that contain a link or links back to our client site. When we researched these sites we found that the sites did in fact have a good Domain Authority but the content was extremley dubious and the links were often forced into the articles in unnatural context. We also found that the Author page of these sites often had a similar URLs but the display names were changed. On the face of it these article sites look like a good idea and to an untrained eye they could appear good value. In fact they could be passing good value and may in fact work. I have found around 150 sites that i think share simialr traits but i gave up and I am sure there are many more. My opinion is that this looks like a large farm of blogs that are utilising similar templates and author set up. I am just looking for any experience/thoughts on how to look at this. My feeling is that i dont want to be in anyway recommending this as a service yet my client may think that this is good value. Any experiences shared would be great. thanks in advance for any comments.

Consolidating many external blogs onto main website: canonicals or 301s
Hi Everyone, Presently I have many blogs across a range of domains, each one targeting the client/type of user interested in that product (or service in this case). I originally set up this strategy to use the content of each blog to create a "link juice farm" (our products are educational courses so have a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT target market depending on the course area), which in turn links to the related page/course on our main site. My plan is to move all the content from those external blogs into subcategories on my main website blog in order to increase its traffic, authority etc. Originally, I was going to cut and paste the content, then put in appropriate 301 redirects from the external blogs to the main site. However, I then thought about copying all the content to my main site, setting it as the canonical version, and leaving all the external blogs intact and running. The idea being, I still get the benefit of all those external links pointing back at my main website. Which would be the better strategy for me to pursue? External linking on a company blog
This has been bothering me for a long time. Our company has a sub-domain blog that gets a respectable amount of traffic but not a lot of SER. Most of our traffic comes from social shares (although we do rank really high for a few key searches). The blog manager is convinced that providing external links to additional resources or source material "dilutes the SEO juice" for the blog. URLs are provided, but they aren't linked. Attempts to sway her to the idea that external links are actually Good Things® have been stonewalled. Tell me I'm right and why.

Do you think it's a good idea to try to find synergy between clients for blog posts/citations/links, or should you keep clients away from each other?
Say you have for example three (in this case) clients, and: Client A sells red widgets Client B is a doctor Client C sellls blue widgets With some research, you find that: Red widgets (A) can make the process of blue widget creation (C) even more effective. Red widgets (A) can protect you from harmful things that doctors (B) are qualified to recommend that you stay away from. Furthermore, there are things that doctors (B) recommend that you do in order to maximize the benefits of red widgets (A) Blue widgets (C) carry with them certain potential health risks, which according to doctors (B) can be minimized using the following means Sometimes blue widgets (C) can be used to effectively repair red widget (A) factories ...and so forth. Sure you're really writing these articles to generate links and exchange authority, and frankly you started with "how can I find synergy between these clients?" rather than a with a great article subject that needed a citation which luckily happened to be another client, but the citations are legitimate and the clients are qualified to speak on the subjects where their expertise and interests overlap. Would you consider going ahead with this? Does anyone have any experience doing it? I could see potential pitfalls if clients were to interact with each other, but keeping yourself as the intermediary might well work and overall it seems like a decent way to grab low-hanging fruit as they say. What do you guys think?
