i think the folder is good for main domain more than subdomain?

I agree with Anthony, his comments are accepted guidelines. However, it really depends on what the content is you are talking about. If it is a blog, as Anthony assumes, then he is right.
But, sometimes sites want to offer a service or product that does not squarely fall within the product categories currently represented on the site, and they choose to use a subdomain.

If I understand your question correctly, you're asking if you should use a subdomain or a path for a particular set of pages or subsite, like a blog. I would recommend using a path (yourdomain.com/blog) over a subdomain (blog.yourdomain.com) because Google treats subdomains almost like entirely different domains, and the subdomain will only benefit slightly from the root domain's authority. Pages that are inside a path however will benefit more greatly from the root domain's inbound links and authority.

How long does it take Google to remove links after using disavow tool?
Hi guys, So we're currently in the process of removing some of the less useful and more suspect links from our profile, and used the Google disavow tool to do so. We uploaded the .txt file to the search console on 7th July this year, 2 months ago now, and according to our most recent site crawl, the suspect links are still showing up on our link profile. Do we have any idea how long this is roughly supposed to take? The ideas I've found online are conflicting - anything from 3-4 weeks to 6-9 months. Which is it? Is there any way of fast-tracking this process? Thanks!

How Many Keywords & How Will They Take to Rank?

Site used to rank first for main keyword - now dropped drastically
The home page for this site (http://bit.ly/4m1eXy) was ranking between #1 and #3 for the term "Minneapolis criminal defense" as of a few months ago. Now the home page has dropped to #23 for this keyword, and the only changes we've made should be enhancing its ability to rank - through on-page optimization, cleaning up site errors, and ensuring good, quality content. The thing is, the sites who rank ahead of our site have lower domain authority and page authority, and their content, quite frankly, just isn't that great. Some of them are definitely doing SEO but they aren't necessarily targeting "Minneapolis criminal defense" like we are for the search term. Before our company started doing SEO for this website, they hired a company that generated a large number of backlinks that Google would probably now see as spammy. The previous company also used to direct traffic towards the home page for the keyword "Minneapolis DWI laywer" too - and we have since stopped doing that. So I'm wondering with all of Google's algorithmic updates if this is the reason we're seeing a drop for this term, and if Google's confused. We're pretty confused, too, though, since the sites ranking ahead of us don't seem to be doing squeaky clean SEO by any means. Advice for us? We're stumped. Would anyone consider Google's disavow tool for the bad links?

Should I Use a Backlink Plugin
One of my clients recently asked me if he should use a Wordpress plugin to create backlinks to his website. He mentioned WP-Syndicator as an example. I just redesigned his website and I'd like to ensure that he gets a bit more traffic than he was before. Should I suggest that he purchase/use a Wordpress backlink plugin? Is using a tool such as My Blog Guest worth it?
I saw the post http://www.seomoz.org/blog/4-valuable-link-building-services and saw that MyBlogGuest seems like a good link building service, so I signed up. It really is confusing though, it almost makes me think I have to install WP Blogs on my sites which primarily run in Joomla, so linking directly to the blog is not an option. Okay, fine, so I'll just skip the part about putting in offers on other people's posts. I really signed up for the link building part of it anyways. So, now, I just write content in the site-used article generator? Then, go in and offer it manually to people? Doesn't really strike me as some super powerful method of linkbuilding, but there's a good chance I'm missing something. If this is the case, I'd assume I'd have to write content that is relevant to the site that I am trying to build links for, and then place links back to that site, so basically I want my posts on competitors sites and that will help out with backlinks and authority? It's really confusing. I just want to have my content writer write good content and get links from it, and this method just confuses me. I'd appreciate any insight from anyone who has used that service or can recommend something easier or better.

Should I use a branded url or an exact match, and which branded url?
I'm thinking of changing my client's 37 character exact match url because it looks spammy to me and Google says it will be turning the dial down on exact match domains. I still see a lot of value in it however and it is helping this client, albeit very little since he is new in his arena. His goal is to rank for keywords in that url so I hate to lose the benefit of that url. As an example, let's say his url is floridahealthinsurance-quote.com I'm concerned now because I plan to do some reputable and highly relevant link building and I'm afraid bloggers might hesitate linking to a spammy sounding url. This client does have a branded url that is short and sweet, something like millerbenefits.net, and that redirects to the long url. Back linkers could link to the short url instead. However, it lands people on the site with the long spammy-sounding url and they may not want to be affiliated with it. Something like millerbenefitsinsurance.com is available and it does have 2 keywords in it. Should I get that instead? In short the question is this:

Primeiramente, desculpe pelo inglês, pois sou brasileiro. Gostaria de saber, se com a chegada do Panda (que ainda não veio ao Brasil), os agregadores de blogs poderão ser prejudicados à ponto de diminuir os ranks dos links que recebemos. Na verdade, quero saber se ainda compensa usar agregadores de blogs que não utilizam nofollow. Agradeço!
