How do you get a Google+ pic in your SERP snippet

Hi from from 20 degrees C 83% humidity wetherby UK
A few weeks back i decided i needed to get my pretty face appearing in my serps for www.davidclick.com But after having set up a Gppgle+ account and linking my site to the Google+ account i think I may have done something wrong
I linked to the Google+ page via a footer link in www.davidclick.com but alas I'm not able to get my face in my SERP which this website has:

So my question is please - "How do you get your Google+ account image to appear in the SERPS.

Many ways to do this right, but the most straightforward is this...
1. Create an about page on your site. From that page, link to your Google+ profile with a "rel=me" link.
2. On all your other pages, link to your about page with a "rel=author" link.
3. Add your site to the "contributor to" section on Google+
4. Celebrate that you now are participating in the largest reciprocal link building scheme since the internet was started. Who knew Google was allowed to violate its own Webmaster Guidelines?

What platform are you using for your site? And from what you showed, it doesn't seem to be a Google+ related picture, more like author picture.
Just decided to search this up and this is a good way to do it.

How can I get a photo album indexed by Google?
We have a lot of photos on our website. Unfortunately most of them don't seem to be indexed by Google. We run a party website. One of the things we do, is take pictures at events and put them on the site. An event page with a photo album, can have anywhere between 100 and 750 photo's. For each foto's there is a thumbnail on the page. The thumbnails are lazy loaded by showing a placeholder and loading the picture right before it comes onscreen. There is no pagination of infinite scrolling. Thumbnails don't have an alt text. Each thumbnail links to a picture page. This page only shows the base HTML structure (menu, etc), the image and a close button. The image has a src attribute with full size image, a srcset with several sizes for responsive design and an alt text. There is no real textual content on an image page. (Note that when a user clicks on the thumbnail, the large image is loaded using JavaScript and we mimic the page change. I think it doesn't matter, but am unsure.) I'd like that full size images should be indexed by Google and found with Google image search. Thumbnails should not be indexed (or ignored). Unfortunately most pictures aren't found or their thumbnail is shown. Moz is giving telling me that all the picture pages are duplicate content (19,521 issues), as they are all the same with the exception of the image. The page title isn't the same but similar for all images of an album. Example: On the "A day at the park" event page, we have 136 pictures. What should i do to index images in google webmaster?
My website onlineplants.com.au. It's a shopping cart website. I do have nearly 1200 images but none of the images are indexed in google webmaster? what should i do. Thanks

Google does not show my website anymore
Hi All, We developed a new website for the domain: www.instral.com. Before we build the webste, the domain was indexed by google and was showed as first result on a search "Instral". Without a website! Only a super simple hostingprovider webpage. Now, with the new website, all the website pages are found in google from page 7... home page is not even in the results. When i search on "instral.com" in google, it will show my website on first result including homepage. Is there something wrong with the website or DNS settings? Or mabe some other webhosting setting... am i on a blacklist or something? Bing and Yahoo are showing better results (first page). I hope someone can help me out here...

Help - just disappeared from Google
My google listings have disappeared in the last few days. I used to have positions 1, 2, 3, and sometimes 4 on page 1, but since the last update (19th?) it appears I have been dropped? My domainn is www.eseyo.com and the search terms I used to acheive results for were "seo in brentwood" and "seo brentwood" I even created a screencast of my success some time ago for a blog post: http://www.eseyo.com/seo-in-brentwood/ Is there anything that I can do to get these listings back? I have not done anything too naughty in terms of tactics. Purchased a few fiver gigs to get some fake social likes but that is it the rest was all true links and listings. your help and advice most appreciated. Scott.

Help with google adsense
Hi i wonder if anyone can help me with google adsense. I am having trouble making money with google adsense. Getting Google to index new pages
I have a site, called SiteB that has 200 pages of new, unique content. I made a table of contents (TOC) page on SiteB that points to about 50 pages of SiteB content. I would like to get SiteB's TOC page crawled and indexed by Google, as well as all the pages it points to. I submitted the TOC to Pingler 24 hours ago and from the logs I see the Googlebot visited the TOC page but it did not crawl any of the 50 pages that are linked to from the TOC. I do not have a robots.txt file on SiteB. There are no robot meta tags (nofollow, noindex). There are no 'rel=nofollow' attributes on the links. Why would Google crawl the TOC (when I Pinglered it) but not crawl any of the links on that page? One other fact, and I don't know if this matters, but SiteB lives on a subdomain and the URLs contain numbers, like this: http://subdomain.domain.com/category/34404 Yes, I know that the number part is suboptimal from an SEO point of view. I'm working on that, too. But first wanted to figure out why Google isn't crawling the TOC. The site is new and so hasn't been penalized by Google. Thanks for any ideas...
