When will the next Linkscape index update occur? I've been waiting to run our backlink profile numbers, but the Last Linkscape index update was 05/30/2012?

Why don't I have permission to view the update calendar?

I am trying to figure out when the next Open Site update will be. In the past I have just gone here - https://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/345964-linkscape-update-schedule It is saying I do not have permission even though I am logged in. Anyone else having issues? Is it possible to submit a page to the seomoz index?

We recently got added to dmoz and botw and would like to see those links considered in our domain authority as we are tracking our progress and comparing ourselves to other sites. Is it possible to submit links to the seomoz index manually to have those tracked? (If I am even understanding this correctly)

Week ending 10/28 - zero organic results?!?!

According to my Google Analytics account - this is not correct - but SEOMoz is reporting on the dashboard that I had a 100% decrease in organic search visits - a paltry zero visits in one week. Is there a known issue or something that SEOMoz is working on?

Sharing/Transferring SEOMOZ campaigns

What happens when you are no longer working on a campaign, and your client needs the campaign history? I don't pay for my account, my employer does. If I ever have to move on what should I do with the account? I would want to keep my seomoz profile and Q&A history. But the campaigns belong to my employer so I would have to change all of the profile settings into his name… Is there a protocol for this kind of situation?

Linkscape API having bugs

Hi, We are using the SEOMOZ Linkscape API (url-metrics and links) but the the API is not working well. We are sometimes (without any proveable reason) getting an http error with code 401. Like I said earlier it happens sometimes really often and sometimes just once. What could be the reason for this? We have an account with the following login seo@traffic-builders.com. Seo moz crawl is not updating

When I check our seo campaign I can see that the report was not updated. It still show that the next crawl is Nov 1 but it is already Nov 3.

Mozbar export of serp overlay as csv not opening on Mac OS w/FF.

Its works on my (virtual) Window based machine in FF. And when I open that same file on my Mac OS, it works! However, when downloading the overlay data to csv on my Mac OS in FF, i get a super long file name & then the file won't open? Shows -5000 error? Both in Excel and Open Office. Any ideas? Both new version of Excel & Mozbar.

Linkscape update tracking

I've got two questions really. First, is there anyway to compare your current Linkscape updates with previous updates? Second, I've made a concerted effort to gain accumulate links in strong performing domains over the past 3 months. However, Linkscape does not seem to be finding those links. Some of them are pretty straight forward, like Yahoo Directory (this went live last month). Is there a lag time between when I link to a page and when Linkscape picks up. Thanks,
