Contacting Facebook

Does anyone know how to make meaningful contact with Facebook???
Last month I tried to set up a couple Facebook PPC campaigns for a couple clients only to find out that I can't because another client of mine for whom I set up a Facebook PPC campaign last fall has an outstanding balance of a whopping $30. To be clear, I was only an admin on the client's Facebook page. Their credit card (not mine) was in use, and they didn't pay their bill.
So now, Facebook is holding that against me. I've contacted them through one of the help forms on the site. They clearly don't understand where I'm coming from. I've now sent them 3 emails, and now I'm not receiving a response.
I just recently resorted to sending a direct message through Facebook to Facebook Marketing. No response.
It really does boggle my mind how they're penalizing me, and in turn, my clients, because another former client of mine from nearly a year ago has a $30 balance. I'm not even an admin on the one client's Facebook page anymore?! With AdWords, I regularly have clients who owe Google money but that doesn't affect all of my other clients.

Facebook does have a mcc of sorts that you can mange other accounts under which is probably the way to be protected by this in the future (see attached image)

I disagree with Daniel. Yes $30 isn't that big of deal, but that is exactly the problem. FB needs to hold the person responsible for the problem not you for helping.

I have a facebook rep you can call pm me

I'm afraid it's hopeless. Kick your dog. cry in your beer, whatever. Then:
Pay the $30 and get on with your life.

Merging Facebook Pages - Getting Support from Facebook
Does anyone know how to get in touch with Facebook regarding issues with Facebook Pages and Merging Pages - I have posted on the Facebook Community Help Pages but no one from Facebook Support seems to read them or get in touch. Anyone got any ideas of how to get help from Facebook? Our original question on Facebook Community Help Pages was this but the question just got "merged" with another question where people were complaining about the same sort of problem with no one (out of 5 people on the thread) having come up with a solution of having heard from Facebook Support. We need to merge two company pages - The category and the address of the company of the page is the same on both pages - one page has a custom url - one does not. Both have the same first two words (i.e. the company name) as the page title. I do not want to list the pages publicly. Is there a way a member of facebook support can message us privately to discuss this please.

Why can't anyone check in on my Facebook Page?
Once upon a time, we were able to check in at our office on Facebook. Then, one day, we just...couldn't. I didn't (at least intentionally) change any settings on the page. I can't seem to even find a setting for this. What happened, and how do I fix it? Thank you so much in advance. (Edited to include the Facebook URL) https://www.facebook.com/LegacyTravel

Facebook Virality Metrics Compared To Open Rates
I'm trying to put Facebook's Virality Metrics in a framework I understand better. In email marketing, if you consistently get 25% to 30% open rates on newsletters, you're doing solid in most industries. What would you all say the equivalent for that is in Facebook Virality? Thanks, Ruben P.S. If it's drastically higher than 4% - 6%, I'm going to be very sad.

Social media signals from Facebook comment plugin on your site?
If you are using the Facebook social plugin on your site like ThinkGeek does for comments: http://www.thinkgeek.com/product/ed6b/ Are there any positive social signals from people leaving comments that could impact the SEO of the page? I searched the text of some comments in quotations in Google and it appears that the first few comments are indexed but most are not.

Facebook Like Wall
Here is a Facebook question: I would like to hide some content behind a Facebook wall - i.e. only make it visible to users who press the like button. Something like the New Yorker did with a Jonathan Franzen story. My question is: how do I do that? Thanks! Thomas

IFrame facebook fanbox and tweet blocks
I am looking for a Facebook fanbox display, and a recent tweets display which looks nice and uses an iframe. The reason I desire an iframe is to eliminate these otherwise followed links which I do not necessarily endorse. When you use a facebook fanbox, if 12 users are displayed then you have an extra 12 links added to your page. When you use a recent tweet display then each tweet, depending on your configuration, can offer many links. The tweeter's avatar is a link along with the sender's name and any links added to the message.
