Google Webmaster Sitemap *pending*

Hey guys,
I've noticed that my sitemap has been "pending" for quite some time in Google Webmaster tools. This leads me to believe that Google is not indexing my site. Could someone help me and point me to what I'm doing wrong?

It's your index file, I would suggest you leave it as is. Nothing to worry. You are good.

Should I delete that last one that is pending since all the files inside are duplicates?

It's just your sitemap index file which is showing pending. All it needs to do is addup the values of your other sitemaps (which are referenced in the index file) and show the total stats next to it.
Other then that, you are good. No need to worry.

So I submitted the links individually, and they seem to be working, but if you look at the last original.

How long has it been pending ? Can you post a screenshot of what exactly it says / looks ?

Google how deal with licensed content when this placed on vendor & client's website too. Will Google penalize the client's site for this ?
One of my client bought licensed content from top vendor of Health Industry. This same content is on the vendor's website & my client's site also but on my site there is a link back to vendor is placed which clearly tells to anyone that this is a licensed content & we bought from this vendor. My client bought paid top quality content for best source of industry but at this same this is placed on vendor's website also. Will Google penalize my client's website for this ? Niche is HEALTH

Google Local Gone Loco
I am a bankruptcy attorney in Southern California. I have been doing my own SEO since I had a couple of bad experiences paying someone to "do" it in the past. If you want it done right, do it yourself I suppose. Anyway, I have been ranking well in Google local results. At first I peeked in at 3/3 showing on the first page of the searches. Then I climbed to Number 2 in local searches, probably as a result of finding sites and making sure my addresses, phone numbers and business names were all correct. However, this week (as I climbed to #3 spot in the local search for my city+ bankruptcy attorney, my Google local result dropped to page 2. One of my employees rated me on google local and gave me a google + which is gone and the pictures that I uploaded to Local Google are gone. I don't know if this is some kind of penalty because an employee gave me a rating (they were completely up front about working for me) or if something else is going on. I was also trying to claim my business on Yahoo (which resulted in some kind of "Account Suspension"). I have no idea what is going on. Hello, My sites are showing odd "links to your site" data in WMT. Its not showing any links to the homepages and reduced links for other pages. Anyone else seeing this? Penguin refresh maybe?

Google Sitelinks
Is there anyway to control the sitelinks under a listing in Google? I have a group of lawyers where 1 of the them is showing up in the sitelinks. They want all of the lawyers to show up. Right now it is showing 1 lawyer, about page, contact us page, etc. Thanks!!!!

Google Not Indexed WWW name
Here is my domain - http://www.plugnbuy.com . When i see through "site" google not showing with WWW index but the same when i do without WWW.. it is showing in search. So yesturday i changed the setting from GWM to preferred domain as a WWW appear but today still not showing anything... Please help..

Suggested crawl rate in google webmaster tools?
hey moz peeps, got a general question: what is the suggested custom crawl rate in google webmaster tools? or is it better to "Let Google determine my crawl rate (recommended)" If you guys have any good suggestions on this and site why that would be very helpful, thanks guys!
