Hey Mozzers,

We're revamping our social media campaign, and I'm looking for a tool that will allow me to schedules social media posts (Facebook specifically) in advance, so I'll only have to knock them out once a week. A cursory Google search has provided me with some options (HootSuite, etc) but I'd love to hear from people who actually use these services.

What's your social media automation tool of choice, and how has it worked out for you?

Facebook now has this functionality built in to pages, does it not?

You can also use Buffer App which is a great tool...

Facebook conversion pixel on Magento

Hi Im trying to implement a facebook conversion pixel on the back end of a Magento CMS. Im using version 1.7.0.2. Im a little confused as i know this is meant to go on the checkout success page between the and tags however when i click on the pages section under the CMS heading on the admin panel i cannot see this page. Does anyone have any experience of this and could possibly help me out? Thanks in advance

Problem to see the Reviews in facebook

Hello guys, I add the Reviews option to my company page.
Its looks good and all, but the problem is that only the one that are admin can see it.
All the rest cant see it. Any one have experience with this ? Thank you

Is there a way to set up a business Facebook page without linking it to a client's personal page or having to use our own employee's personal page?

Our clients want us to manage their FB pages. I need to know how we can do this without having to enter through the FB page of whomever set up the business account. I'm aware of the ability of the person who set up the Business page to allow admin access, but that too requires an our employee to give his or her personal FB info for this access. In the same vein, a former employee set up a client's FB page using his own personal account and now when we enter the client's business page, we do not have access to the search window and we don't have the ability to go to other pages to "like" other pages - the button doesn't even appear if we are signed in and search a FB page through an engine. We do have the ability to see Admin settings and metrics but we don't have the news feed, and we have other limited access/abilities. I would like to have a central access so neither client or our employee has to offer personal FB log in information. Thank you, Julie

Explanation of Facebook referral paths in Google Analytics

In the past month I have seen a huge increase in the visits + conversions from Facebook (which is obviously great). However, from Google Analytics it appears that most of my visits are not coming from my brand page. Is there an explanation of what these referral paths mean? Social channels, tools sites for promoting a blog or article

Hello, I would like to promote blogs, articles etc. Can you give me some tips, advice on how to promote these? I guess everyone starts with Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. After that, Reddit, StumbleUpon. Any other good ways (penguin proof) to promote a blog, article etc? Any tools you use: SocialOomph or something similar? Thanks! 🙂

Automating the brainless tasks of Social Media Management

I'm talking about Scheduling Tweets Scheduling FB Updates I'm sure I'll be pointed to some good resources for the above but what I really need is a tool that allows me to sort out queries/complains/requests that I would need to pass on to my client. Something that lets me tag a comment and gathers it with complete data like user name, time, comment etc. Does something like this exist?! Similarly, something that allows you to filter words that should be treated as spam. Also, suggestions on what other "brainless" tasks of SMM should be/can be automated would be appreciated. What Tools Do You Use For SEO Social Media Audits?

Hi, With a the growing trend towards social media signals starting to have a decent impact on Search Engine algorithms, i'd like to know what tools people use for "social media site audits". I generally use a fair amount of manual observations for social media profiles such as profile completeness. Hubspot offer a few really nice tools over at http://grader.com/ that allows a quick 'score' for an account. I then take a look at the 'buzz' around a company over a few mediums such as Twitter Search, Google blog search, BoardReader, HowSociable.com and SocialMention.com Facebook Insights is good (if you own the domain) for testing the number of likes. Im still yet to see a decent tool for testing entire domains for # retweets, Diggs etc. What are your favourite tools for SEO Social Media Audits?
