Hi

Just wondering if anyone here has used the services of  a company called Bulrbpoint? www.blurbpoint.com I am considering using their directory submission service for a new site, as they offer placing sites in the Yahoo Directory, which is £150 alone.

If anyone ha any feedback on their services, that would be great.

I've been using Blurbpoint for a while now and liked them. They were's "amazing" but they did a good job...3 stars sounds about right to me. I have a tiny limited budget to work with and I had to put them on hold or cancel since I decided to use the budget elsewhere, part of which is here at SEOMoz. They worked on 5 keywords for me and I increased rankings well, not overnight, but over time.

To clarify your doubt I wish to inform that we do provide with yahoo directory submission. But these submission comprises in a customize directory submission plan. The terms & condition for yahoo directory submission is as per the below given specifications...

1.) Your request to be listed in the Directory will be reviewed and the Yahoo! editorial team will respond to you within 7 business days. The review fee is of only $299(regular website) &  $600 (adult website).

2.) For executing the yahoo directory submission there is an additional fees of $50. Additive to the review fee mention in point 1.

3.) Lastly, if your listing is accepted into the Directory, there will be a recurring annual fee in subsequent years to maintain the listing depending upon your website ( $299 for a regular website & $600 for a adult website).

In the image it shows the Yahoo Directory Logo. Are you saying that you do not submit to the yahoo directory? If so, this image could be considered misleading. Do you agree?

Hi Mik,

Its good to know about your interest in our Directory Submission Service package. But regretfully we do not provide submission on paid directories like yahoo. Rather, the submissions are done on free High PR directories like customsearchengine.com, araboo.com, geniusfind.com, etc.

I haven't experienced them before, but their average review when you type in "Blurbpoint Review" on Google is around 3 to 3.5 stars. I have seen their ads on Facebook and such. Just trying giving them a call. My typical saying is: "If its too good to be true, it probably is."

That's my opinion. Take it for what its worth.
