What is the best way to use Google + for a Realtor?
-
Hey Joel, you got some nice suggestions from others just adding on to that, you can also make links to your Google plus profile page. That increase your PA (Page Authority). This helps transfer the link juice back to the blog links or other custom links that you have in your profile. You should read Mike's blog regarding this- http://www.seomoz.org/blog/how-to-prepare-for-authorrank-and-get-the-jump-on-google
Further, you can add your website link in your Profile introduction section of Google plus profile (and you can also chose the anchor text as you like). This will be a good followed link to your site !!

Hi Joel,
Good to see you looking to take advantage of what will be the most influential social network on SEO. The good news is you're in the game early for your industry.
As Smart Locksmiths Solutions says from a technical angle, link your blog posts to your Google + profile. This will make your profile image appear in search results.
However from a strategic marketing perspective, post links and statuses that will help establish you as an expert in the field of Real Estate. Then start to interact with other Realtors on G+. Comment on posts, share things you agree with. Make online friends.
Google will pick-up on this and assign you Author Rank (speculative at this stage, but an obvious step for them to take.) Because you've linked your profile to your site, via the blog posts, you'll rank better then your competitors.
Hope that helps.

Separate Google+ page per blog language?
Our corporate blog is currently online in four different languages (English, Dutch, German and French): blog.com blog.be blog.fr blog.de For these different blogging domains we have one single Google+ page on which we share the blogs' content in different languages. Would it be better to make four separate Google+ pages (per blogging domain)? What would be the advantages/disadvantages? Also, each article is posted in four different languages. But the author stays the same for all different languages. So one author always posts content in English, Dutch, German and French. Could Google consider this as spam?

Google+ for photographers
What do you think is the best approach when it comes to using Google+ as a photographer? The images have no real SEO benefit, but the ones I post seem to get shared more, +1ed more than posting a link to one of my blog posts with a preview image. What do you think is the best way to approach this problem?

Purchasing a Google Plus Profile
A client of mine has the opportunity to purchase a google plus profile from a now defunct competitor. Essentially the profile is in tens of thousands of circles, so it may be a decent idea just from a marketing standpoint. When it comes to SEO I am wondering about a few things Is this against Googles rules? Has there been any proof of authorship playing a role in SERP rankings? So if there was an article where the author was in 50 circles compared to the same article where the author was in 50,000 circles would it effect the rankings at all? Have there been any studies done that show that the +1 (from Google Plus users) effects SERP rankings? Sorry for all the questions, but this is an interesting opportunity. Thanks in advance!
