MozScore. Why doesnt it let me Input all my keywords to get the Score? Why do i have to do it 5 at a time?
-
hey guys maybe someone can shed some light.
why do i have to only input 5 words at a time in Keyword Analysis Tool rather then just inputing my Keyword list and getting the moz score for each one.
ie: if i am initially just looking for the mozscore and nothing else?
Any input?

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. Chris is pretty much correct. The limit is due to the bandwidth issues of running those reports for each keyword.
While you may only be interested in the percentage, the report itself uses the SERP and the metrics for each of those pages to generate that percentage. Unfortunately that's a processor intense function so doing so many at once would take a long time and would likely time out.
I hope that answers your question.
Cheers,
Joel. -
Judging by the amount of time it takes to complete when you input just five keywords I'd imagine that this is possibly quite a server intensive task for SEOmoz to run. As such, if you were to pang in 2,000 keywords it would probably take up a huge amount of server run time and as such you are limited to 5 at a time.
This is pure speculation; I'm hopeful someone from SEOmoz could give you a more concrete answer.

Spam score is 7/17
My site has a spam score of 7/17 and I'm not really sure how this happened - I think maybe when I changed my domain from Wordpress to Bluehost? It's very hard to get my site to rank in Google and I'm getting very few hits through search engines, wondering if the spam score is why? How do I fix this? The flags are: Low MozTrust or MozRank Score

On Page Reports for Long-Tail Keywords?
First Q&A here, so take it easy on me. Hopefully this is not a dumb question. 99% of the on page reports I look at are for local keywords. I'm finding that some of the page reports get and F where they should be receiving A's. I noticed if I manage a long-tail keyword like "books in houston tx" that I get a grade based on the exact phrase as opposed to a combination of the keywords. So when I have text in the body saying "books in the Houston area" or "Houston Books" for example, instead of using my exact managed keyword, it will tell me that the keyword is not mentioned in the body anywhere. When it is, it's just not in the exact order... I'm trying to write my pages for users and I don't think the users want to hear "books in houston tx" several times. If I do a report on the same page for the keyword "books" I get an A. So this is where it gets a little in the grey area for me. I need a solid on page report for local long-tail search terms. Anyone have any advice? Is there a way I could be using this tool to better suit my needs?

How to get rogerbot whitelisted for application firewalls.
we have recently installed an application firewall that is blocking rogerbot from crawling our site. Our IT department has asked for an IP address or range of IP addresses to add to the acceptable crawlers. If rogerbot has a dynamic IP address how to we get him added to our whitelist? The product IT is using is from F5 called Application Security Manager.

How many times to repeat the exact keyword?
I'm curious what the suggested number of times is for including an EXACT keyword in a document, OTHER than in the page title, h1 and alt text? What does SEOMoz advocate for this? Bonus credit: What is the consensus on "stop words"? I've read the the search engines ignore these, yet searching for the same query with or without them produces vastly different results... So should they not always be included in one's keyword optimization, above?

Why am I getting duplicate content errors on same page?
In the SEOmoz tools I am getting multiple errors for duplicate page content and duplicate page titles for one section on my site. When I check to see which page has the duplicate title/content the url listed is exactly the same. All sections are set up the same, so any ideas on why I would be getting duplication errors in just this one section and why they would say the errors are on the same page (when I only have one copy uploaded on the server)?
