Competitive Link Comparison vs. Open Site Explorer

I get different external followed links showing in the Competitive Link Comparison vs. Open Site Explorer.
The total number of links is different as well.
I thought this was the same info - just one tracks ongoing and one is just a "one-off" tool. Is this not the case? Do the count links differently?

Hey Kevin,
Thanks for reaching out. I just checked all your campaigns against OSE and they lined up just fine. I didn't see a single discrepancy.
You have to remember that while the campaign will show you Root Domain and Subdomain, OSE will also display page specific metrics.
That different metric may account for any confusion between the two.
If you aren't seeing the same thing as I, can you take a few screenshots of the discrepancy and send it in to help[at]seomoz.org?

Old links that need to be removed
We are having a problem trying to get rid of old links that have been removed from a website that no longer exists. See links below-There are several more that we need to deal with. We have tried putting them into Google Search Console, but they keep reappearing with Moz. 403 error for a member site
Perhaps a stupid question but SEOmoz registers 403 errors for pages behind a membersite (ie. they are restricted on purpose). Should I noindex these pages or just let SEOmoz register these "errors"?

Site Explorer shows links as followable but they have nofollow tags
Hello, I am looking at site explorer and sites linking to my site moneyfact.co.uk. I've got thousands of links showing as 'followable' but when i check them they have rel="nofollow" tags. e.g: http://www.dianomioffers.co.uk/partner/moneyfacts.co.uk/brochures.epl?partner=93&partner_id=93&partner_variant_id=33 Why would they show as followable when the links are nofollowed? Missing Page Titles On The Comptetive Link Comparison Page
Hello, When I do a Link Analysis using the SEOmoz tools I have noticed that most of the pages listed on the Top Pages tab show [No Data] for page title. Any idea why that could be? The page source of those pages have one and only one <title>tag.</p> <p>Thanks!</p></title>

Competitive Link Finder
Hi, just wondering if I am the only one who is not having much luck lately using the Competitive Link Finder . In the past it has worked pretty well. But as of the past week or so, it has only returned on link. I know there are many of them which should be found. Anyway, just curious if I am solo with this issue.
