Can I get Google to re-evaluate my comany's website?

For the last few months I've been rewriting website descriptions for the company I work for, trying to comply with the Panda algorithm as best I could. There are about 400 items. Today I am going to begin working on titles and descriptions.
Question: Once I'm finished and have run the site through SEOMoz's pro tools, I would like to have Google look at the site _**in toto **_once the changes have been made so that maybe we can procure some decent organic rankings.
Can the site be resubmitted, and what is the procedure?
Ps. Today I am asking my fellow employees to help me proofread each description for grammar, spelling, accuracy, and keyword placement. I am also asking for suggestions from them.

If you've been affected by Panda then it won't help at all to ask Google to reconsider your site. You need to make all of the changes and then wait for a Panda refresh. They seem to happen about once a month.
If you've made siginifcant changes on a page then you can do as MartinEvolveRetail suggested and go into webmaster tools and fetch an URL and then submit it to the index. It's a good idea to do that for each page that you have changed just in case Google doesn't recrawl the page before the next Panda update comes out. However, you are limited to 50 submissions per week.
Similarly, if you have pages on your site that you have noindexed or 404'd in order to help with Panda, you'll want to use the Google URL removal tool so that they get removed from the index before Panda refreshes again.

Yes, go into webmaster tools, fetch and submit your URL's. When you submit a URL in this way Googlebot will crawl the URL, usually within a day and then consider it for inclusion in its index.

If the site is indexed and getting crawled Google is constantly looking at your site and ranking it based upon what it sees.
submit new sitemaps and whatever else you need to do to show google your new content and remove your old content.

Question About Embargo'd Dates and SEO Timeliness
Hello, this is a very specific SEO issue my company and I often have so we want to get a definitive answer for it. Let's say we're writing a guide about a product. Would we be better off releasing that guide as soon as we can (the information embargo date) or is it better to post that guide on the day the product officially releases for the public? How best to roll out updated website to new responsive layout
We are having an issue about when to upload newly converted pages to website. By going responsive we are basically going with a new layout, different look entirely. I think it's best to wait until every page in the site has been transferred over to the new layout. Partially because some urls are being updated too, and the look is different enough that it may look like half the site got hi-jacked. My partner thinks rolling out/uploading each page as it is complete is the way to go. Need input on pros and cons of either method.

How can we dynamically populate content on our website based on a visitor's web history?
Recently, I have tried looking into options that would allow us to dynamically populate content (specifically images to be used at CTAs on our blog in wordpress) to different users based on their web history on our website. We would want to be able to dynamically populate images based on the number of visits in the past 60 days and the inferred industry based on pages hit. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find anything as a standalone tool - I believe HubSpot may have something like this but it is rolled into their blogging platform. Does anyone know of one?

Anyone have a collection or list of spammy websites?
Random I know. I started a fun pet project at www.me-not-spammer.info. Total spam. Totally says it's not spam. Satire and all, something only SEO people will get really. Anyway I want to make a sidebar of other "not spammers" and need to find a bunch of spammy websites. Problem is they don't rank in search engines obviously so I know of only the ones who leave comments on some of my wordpress sites. Anyone have a list of a bunch of them so I can link to them in my blogroll?

Website Building: Best practices for SEO and user interaction
I'm a noobie when it comes to SEO, with my knowledge coming from a few books and blogs. What are some of the best practices that you use when building a website for SEO and for user interaction? I've read about the following, but am not sure if they are still relevant. Also if you have any other suggestions, they would be appreciated. -Phone # above fold line. -A call to action above fold line on each page -An HTML sitemap -Terms & Conditions (supposed to create credibility in Googles eyes) -NAP in the footer of each page -Optimize each page for 1 unique keyword Are these correct and is there anything else that I'm missing?

Duplicate Websites
What would you do if a competitor had their main domain, and then another domain targeting your local area with the same exact content? That's currently happening to me, and I'm not sure what I should do about it, if anything: http://www.bozemanchevrolet.com and http://www.montanachevy.com

Duplicat Website Content? (UK, Ireland)
Hi, My website is based in Ireland on a .ie domain & now I would like to enter the UK market on a .co.uk Is it ok for me to duplicate my .ie website and provide all the information on a .co.uk OR is this considered duplicate content in terms of Google. (I'm led to believe that your own content on my domain's is not considered duplicate & this is only considered duplicate content when you go from .com to .ie, .co.uk etc). (all content, images, branding are my own).
