MY Blog Guest, or Post Joint are the great blogs to start but you can also find the blogs that allow guest writing by using Google search operators

Finding quality blogs on your own that accept guest blog posts can be difficult. I'd recommend instead you check out http://myblogguest.com and www.guestblogit.com initially. Both are the leaders in this niche and will provide you a way to connect with "quality" sites offering guest blogging opportunities.
Both sites require registration, have robust communities and resources, and cater to both guest blog writers and site owners looking to supplement their content creation by connecting with quality guest blog content.
I've used them regularly, recommended them to clients, and they do provide e-commerce site targeted opportunities. That's where I'd start.

Updating a Business Blog Article - Old or New Published Date
There are a few business blogs that I'm currently updating - include more details, information, case studies, statistics etc. The blog was originally published in September of 2016. Once I make the changes, do I keep the same original date or do I change the date to the day that i've uploaded the new information? Example:

Hello, I have a question, in some moz guidelines you can read website.com/blog is better/more recommended than blog.website.com. But when you look at the domain authority you see no difference. blog.website.com gets exact the same domain authority as website.com. So can somebody explain why website.com/blog is really better than blog.website.com? Or is there no difference? Thank you verry much

Finding blog ideas and syndication
We've had our blog for a little under 2 years now using Magento and we've only created 48 posts. As we're in the furniture industry topics are hard to come by and we've become stuck for ideas. Sure we have researched our audience, checked Q&A's and forums to analyse what questions our audience are asking, but the ideas are limited. It's a difficult industry to find niche articles that our audience would be interested in. Could anyone suggest any ideas on how we could find interesting topics that people would actually want to share and maybe our industry influencers would be interested in featuring on their sites, does syndication still work? Duplicate content is a big 'NO NO' for Google but as long as the third party site features a rel=canonical or link back to our original post, Google wouldn't have any problem with this?

Blog Frequency
Hi, We have a new blog, we write 4 blogs per month and have been posting all 4 in one go at the same time per month. Would it be more beneficial to post the blogs 1 per week or does it not matter? Also, is 4 blog 250 word blogs per month enough or should we be doing more? Thanks Andrew

Can someone define what a low quality blog is supposed to look like?
I know the recent Google update devalued a lot of low quality blogs, but i'm having a hard time understanding what can be considered low quality? My site is www.247VirtualAssistant.com and it wa sitting in the top 3 for all my keywords(virtual assistant, virtual assistants etc etc). Last month everything tanked and now on the 2nd and 3rd page for my keywords. I'm thinking this is because of a lot of my links got devalued but with my limited SEO knowledge, i'm having a hard time identifiyng these. Please help!

Users reporting that there is a virus on my site.
A few months ago I found out that someone had hacked my site and placed malicious code and modified my .htaccess. I am pretty certain that I have cleared up all of the bad code (within 12 hours of it being infected). Yet, I am getting people telling me that their virus checker is warning them of a trojan on my site. Is there anything that can be done? I have no malware warnings in my Webmaster Tools. The site currently has 2 articles that are going viral and I'd hate for that to be screwed up by a stupid virus!
