What's the best way to switch a campaign from sub-domain tracking to root domain tracking?

I realized after the fact that one of my campaigns also has a mobile website sub-domain that I'd like to track (ex: http://m.website.com). How can I switch this campaign over to root domain tracking without deleting everything and starting over?

Thanks for writing in! This is a great question indeed! In our campaign tool, because the need to have the correct rankings tracked which is directly tied to sub vs. root. Our tool doesn't have the ability to edit root or sub domain information once the campaign has started
With that being said, I would recommend you download your historical rankings and relevant information using our export CSV function to preserve your historical information. Once you have done that, archive the campaign and start a new one with the correct root domain tracking.One way to get this feature added into our next iteration of tools is to go to our feature request, chances are that other people are thinking the same great idea you are! I'm thinking there's got to be a way. Many people set up their entire sites with dozens of root domains. The real issue is whether that has to be done at the initial setup or not. Don't forget you can also email help@seomoz.org

Thanks for the suggestion Marisa, but unfortunately all 5 slots are taken, and I'm hoping that by tracking at root level it won't require depletion of those very valuable spots just to track the mobile version.

Do you have a free campaign slot? You could start an additional one just for the mobile site. But if there is a possible way for it to be added to an existing campaign, I'd like to know the answer to this as well.

'Too many on-page links': doesn't add up...
Hi All, I'm fairly new to the site, have had a full site crawl and am somewhat confused by a large number of pages (82) reported as showing 'too many on page links'. Mine is a new e-commerce site selling a project management methodology. I have about 80 pages which describe individual templates and contain internal links to additional, related content on the site. The crawl warnings define too many on page links as roughly 100 "on any given page" yet almost none of the pages flagged contain more than 20-30 on links. Any thoughts and ideas about (a) the degree to which this will aeffect my ranking in practice and (b) how to resolve it gratefully received! Thanks in advance, Felix

Why is my domain not being crawled anymore?
I just noticed that right around 12/1/2012, SEOMoz stopped crawling all but two pages out of the 400 or so on my website at www.TrustworthyCare.com . I speculate that this is probably due to some dumb mistake I made at that time, but I can't for the life of me figure out what that mistake was. Before that, the weekly crawls included all 400 or so pages. I wonder whether it's something that changed in our .htaccess file. Here's how that file looks now; can anyone see what is wrong there, or perhaps offer other suggestions if it doesn't look like anything is wrong in it? Thanks! What's up with Yahoo and Bing in my keyword rankings?
SEOmoz is good I've learned a lot from it. I'm on my 3rd month and now have 8 keywords in top 50 for one site and 1 keyword in top 50 for another. This is for Google US. For Bing and Yahoo! US however I am still not in the top 50 for anything. I have read elsewhere that meta-tag page words can be regarded by these engines as a spam signal. In my meta I have used competative keywords that are relevant to my content, some of which are in the body, but are not my actual targeted keywords as a red-herring to potential competitors. Also might be usefull for other smaller places that still use meta-tags. Could not appearing in BingHoo! have something to do with their alogrithms and the meta-tags? or is it an SEOmoz issue? I have another question also. The " / " after a domain name doesn't appear in my Firefox address bar (I think I did a 301 redirect), but when I copy and paste it into an entry box (e.g. for a link submission) it puts the " / " there at the end which I take off. Does this make any difference?

How do you guys/gals define a 'row?'
I have a question about calls to the API and how these are measured. I noticed that the URL Metrics calls allow a batch of multiple URLs. We're in a position where we need link data for multiple websites; can we request a single row of data with link information for multiple URLs, or do we need to request a unique row for each URL?

Why would opensite explorer show a link from baidu result page with baidu as a linking root domain?
I found an old domain that has very high domain authority and one of its top linking root domains is baidu I clicked the link in ose and it took me to a baidu serp????? please explain...im happy to clarify if need be or give you the site in question just let me know what you think. I checked ose for the page authority of the serp page it was 50. would that page be helping the site in question to rank? or am I just dumb for asking this question One more thing I couldnt actually find a link to the page I was looking at in ose on the baidu result page.. thanks

How to Stop SEOMOZ from Crawling a Sub-domain without redoing the whole campaign?
I am using SEOMOZ for a client to track their website's performance and fix any errors and issues. A few weeks ago, they created a sub-domain (sub.example.com) to create a niche website for some of their specialized content. However, when SEOMOZ re-crawled the main domain (example.com), it also reported the errors for the subdomain. Is there any way to stop SEOMOZ from crawling the subdomain and only crawl the main domain? I know that can be done by starting a new campaign, but is there any way to work around an existing campaign? I'm asking because we would like to avoid the setting up the campaign again and losing the historical data as well. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
