.COM or .ORG - Which is better?

I work for a non-profit association. We currently use a .com as our primary, but also own the .org. Should we switch to the .org address? What would the benefits be?

You own them both. That's the important thing.
I would carry on as you are doing and 301 the .org to the .com.

I work with a non-profit that uses the .org TLD, and you'd be surprised how many (presumably non-technical) people tell me that they couldn't find our website when I told them about it. A little probing told me that they heard the name before the TLD and automatically went to the .com site by habit.
Besides that benefit, I can't think of a reason why a .org wouldn't be sufficient.

Many people assume that .org means it is a non-profit but many people use .org TLDs for commercial purposes.
Google's Matt Cutts has said that the TLD (top level domain) doesn't affect rankings.
Here is a quote from Matt Cutts on May 14, 2012:
"Sorry, but that’s just not true, and as an engineer in the search quality team at Google, I feel the need to debunk this misconception. Google has a lot of experience in returning relevant web pages, regardless of the top-level domain (TLD). Google will attempt to rank new TLDs appropriately, but I don’t expect a new TLD to get any kind of initial preference over .com, and I wouldn’t bet on that happening in the long-term either. If you want to register an entirely new TLD for other reasons, that’s your choice, but you shouldn’t register a TLD in the mistaken belief that you’ll get some sort of boost in search engine rankings."
Another thing to consider is that when you move your website to a different domain, you can lose rankings and authority.

Click To Reveal vs Rollover Navigation Better For Organic?
Hi, Any thoughts, data or insights as which is better in a top navigation... click to reveal the nav links or rollover to reveal the nav links? Regular content in an accordion (click to reveal) is evidently not best practice. Does that apply to navigation as well? Thanks! Best... Mike

Unique Content Below Fold - Better Move Above Fold?
I have a page with a Google Map taking up 80% of space above the fold (rest is content which is not unique to my site) and all unique written content and copyrighted pictures are from a visual stand point right below the fold. I am considering making the Google map 1/4 in size so I can get my unique content up higher. Questions: Do we have any evidence or sound reasoning why I should / should not make this move? Is the content really considered below the fold or will Google see that it is simply a large map I have on the site and therefore will actually consider the content to be above the fold? Thank you

So I am creating an xml sitemap but what can I do to make it look better?
I want to make viewable the xml sitemap I created with the xml tool. However I am not sure that if I throw in html code to make it look nice if it will interfere with the site map. Should I just use the xml with google and submit it there then have a separate stiemap.html that is viewable on my site? Or will two sitemaps complicate things?

Our site is recieving traffic for both .com/page and .com/page/ with the trailing slash.
Our site is recieving traffic for both .com/page and .com/page/ with the trailing slash. Should we rewrite to just the trailing slash or without because of duplicates. The other question is, if we do a rewrite, google has indexed some pages with the slash and some without - i am assuming we will lose rank for one of them once we do the rewrite, correct?

Is site:domain.com + keyword a good indicator of the quality of a page?
Are the results provided by site:domain.com + keyword a good indicator of the quality of certain pages? For example, should the first result be more relevant, have a higher number of links, etc than the second result?
