Content Optimization - Multiple Keywords or One?

I have three web pages I'm trying to increase traffic to (and thus conversions). I've carefully researched and selected 15 keywords. There's about 3-5 keyword groupings that are similar enough so I can optimize each page with all of them (for example - autobody, dent repair, scratch repair). I see a couple ways to approach optimizing the pages:
- select one main keyword to put in the header and support it with the other 2-4 keywords in the content body
- select 3-5 keywords and evenly optimize the page for each (several headers and sections about each)
- pick one keyword per page
I'm constrained to three web pages since it's a clients website. Otherwise I'm guessing the best method would be to create content for each keyword in something like a blog.
I basically see the pros and cons as this: including multiple closely related keywords on a page will bring more traffic and thus overal conversions; however it will take longer to rank for those keywords. Focusing the content on one keyword will increase conversion rate and take a shorter time to rank that page since it's more focused, but less overall traffic and conversions.
With the page number constraint and increasing conversions being the goal of optimization, what are your thoughts on the pros and cons of each choice?

Personally, I am a fan of your #1 option. The second option, to me, seems like it could send very mixed messages about what is most important on a page. The third option, in my opinion, is too limiting and could be very prone to coming off as spammy. I'm a big fan of synonyms and weaving keywords together in natural ways that support the context and content of a page. If you throw all your efforts behind a single keywords, all I can imagine is a very boring page. However, this really all depends on the keyword itself and the content that might be right for it.
For example, for a very specific medical condition, let's use "Meniere's Disease" as an example, this might be a time when you optimize a page for that keyword and nothing else because it something extremely specific, with a very specific name given to it by the medical community. However, if your term was "gas mileage," I would expect to see content that didn't just use "gas mileage" but also used terms like "fuel economy" "fuel efficiency" - Some keywords are just naturally more prone to having synonyms, and some aren't, so I wouldn't even set a hard and fast rule about it.
Given your space limitations in addition to everything else, I would go with option 1. Hope that helps!

what I would do if I were you if you really want to have this rank well. Is one of 2 things and remember I said this is what I would do because I'm not a very good writer.

The other thing I would do is look at some content creation companies. Primarily ones that understand my niche.

What are the best ways to protect / deal with duplicate content? I've added an example scenario, Nike Trainer model 1 – has an overview page that also links to a sub-page about cushioning, one about Gore-Tex and one about breathability. Nike Trainer model 2,3,4,5 – have an overview page that also links to sub-pages page about cushioning , Gore-Tex and breathability. In each of the sub-pages the URL is a child of the parent so a distinct page from each other e.g. /nike-trainer/model-1/gore-tex /nike-trainer/model-2/gore-tex. There is some differences in material composition, some different images and of course the product name is referred multiple times. This makes the page in the region of 80% unique. Any suggestions welcome about the above example or any other ways you guys know of dealing with duplicate content.

Moz Pro recommends not using a keyword more than 15 times. If there is a lot of content and the density is low, is it okay to go over that?
From MOZ on-page grader... "Recommendation: Edit your page to use your targeted keywords no more than 15 times." But if I use a keyword 50 times and the keyword density is only 2 percent, is that ok? What is more important, the raw number used or the density?

Multiple and tags
It has recently come to our attention that some of the pages on our site have multiple and tags. I understand that this goes against best practices-- but I was wondering if anyone could tell me specifically how this could be impacting our site's performance and search rankings.

On Page Optimization, F on all keywords?
On our website we have all F's even though we have the targeted keyword in the title, url, meta desc, h1, body and some of the img alt's. They still show zero uses of the keyword. Are we missing something here or is this some kind of bug or glitch? Any help or advice is appreciated, Thanks. Where to add new content
I run a vBulletin website and vBulletin isnt very SEO friendly. I do fairly well in Google for most of my keywords, but forums dont necessarily build strong page authority etc. My site deals with fishing reports across the state of VA and drives 15-18k sessions a month and close to 100,000 page views a month based on Google Analytics. I want to start targeting new keywords and I am concerned about vBulletin inability to be SEO friendly. Many of my new keywords arent dynamic like fishing reports that are added by members daily. These are more like campgrounds, marinas etc. My thought is to install a Wordpress blog and build out this content so I can efficiently deal with on page SEO. the vBulletin software is installed in the root so I would install wordpress in something like mydomain/lake123/ Is the right thing to do, and will google see multiple sitemaps (one for vbulletin and another for wordpress) and index appropriately? Am I missing something major here? Thanks ~ Brian

Is this duplicate content okay?
We have a client who wants to rank locally, nationally and internationally for their products. I wrote a line that goes, "We can ship our products to you whether you’re here in Illinois, nationwide, or international." I added that line after a paragraph or two of unique product description on each of their 30-odd product pages. Will this damage their ranking? I tried researching this but only found full page duplicate content topics. Any advice would be great.
