Optimize On-Page Mobile Version

Hello,
Do we need optimize on-page for mobile version, such as:
- How about title tag, description tag?
- Should mobile have another sitemap or not?
- Does google penalty my webpages mobi vs desktop are duplicated content?

I have check and see that my mobile site has been indexed by google. But I currently have some problems:- I don't have a sitemap for mobile
- All contents on mobile are the same as desktop contents
- Should I use canonical tag on mobile site?

Yes, optimize for mobile.
The only consideration for title and description is to remember that you are dealing with smaller screens that usually have larger text, as few as 10 characters may be visible on screen but around 45 is suggested for the serp title and 100 is visible for the serp description.
Yes, separate sitemap. Also it is suggested to use 3 more if applicable. News, Photo and Video.
NO. Googlebot and Googlebot Mobile are two separate indexes. They do not utilize each others data in a way to compare a page to itself cross index. Now, with that said.... you will not optimize UX by using the same content on desktop and mobile. They have different needs and desires.
ie. Search
Desktop
Mylocal's Italian Restaurant MyTown Special Lasagna - Pictures, ingredients and description are very important. Taking a moment to sell the dish and then post availability.
Mobile
Mylocal Lasagna - Availability should listed first. Chances are they simply want to know if the special lasagna is available tonight and would prefer to find out before the light turns green. Pictures etc. should occur in a lazy loading manor after the onload() event.

Optimize CSS Delivery
Hi, I am loading 3 CSS files here: http://www.viatrading.com/wholesale/9/Domestics.html PageSpeed is telling me I "should fix" the delivery of these CSS Files (see image). I read https://developers.google.com/speed/docs/insights/OptimizeCSSDelivery , but can't figure out which is my case. The CSS are big, but even if I split them in several, all CSS files are still showing up as render-blocking. I moved them to the header/footer, but the message is still appearing. Too many on-page links
Hi, I've apparently got too many on-page links on 79 of my webpages. The majority of these pages are category pages, like this: https://www.turnkeymortgages.co.uk/mortgage-advice/mortgages/... so, what's a person to do? Obviously the page would be useless without the links. Should I just ignore these 'errors'? Or is there something else I should do? I don't want to appear manipulative by labelling them nofollow... Page Analysis - Helping Product Pages Outrank Search Results Pages
Hi! We have a lot of our search results pages that have been indexed and outrank our product pages and in some instance the actual product pages barely show up at all. Here is an example query that includes our brand name: http://goo.gl/cgB6W So, we have loads of actual product pages, video pages, etc that should be showing up here, but are not and this is just one example. Unfortunately, there are a LOT of these Search Results pages out there and utlimately we would love to de-index them altogether, but it's going to have to be carefully done. So, was wondering if anyone would want to check out one of our product pages and give any feedback as to what we could change to possibly improve rank or to make them more search friendly or hopefully to help them rise above these indexed search results pages? What automated tools produce a number score for A) On-Page Optimization and B) Domain Exact Match?
SEOMoz Community, -I currently use SEMRush, SEOMoz Open Site Explorer and Archive.org for the other Benefit and Opposition factors. -I’ve had to manually search pages for keyword use in the title, footer & body for on-page optimization. -I’ve also manually searched Google for Domain Exact Matches. Limiting On Page Links
Right now, we have about 160 or so links on the home page. It's been recommended that we keep it to under 100, though that's not as big of a deal as it once was. Is it helpful to make a bunch of those links "nofollow" in order to preserve link juice? Is it going to make a difference, or be at all helpful? I assume it won't be harmful, especially as a bunch of them are to the same page but on different sections of the page. Would live your advice and thoughts! Thanks!

Ranking for specific pages
HI, Lets say my website is abc.com and my targeted keyword is abc for index page. Internal pages, like abc.com/apple.htm, abc.com/banana.htm. The targeted keyword for apple.htm is fresh apples, buy apples, and for banana.htm, fresh banana, buy banana. How to define these keywords in the campaign. Please suggest. Thanks.

A website has several wigets to show Each wiget with its own page The wigets mostly just vary in size How would you suggest titles be done? Example: Wiget 1ft Wiget 2ft Wiget 3 ft an so on........ Would this trigger a duplicate content issue given “Wiget” leads in the page title?

Getting page cached
I am reworking some content that is deep in my site. What is the best way for google to find it? Some of the pages were cached about 3 weeks ago, but I don't want to wait too long to get them to see the new content (and links).
