"On-Page Report Card"- why is still showing " F grade" after introducing the keyword in page and title.

Hello,
"On-Page Report Card"- why is still showing " F grade" after introducing the keyword in page and title.
After changing the title and putting the keyword inside the title, in this section, "Exact Keyword Usage in Page Title", it shows the first title, without updating my changes.
I have updated several times. In some cases worked, in this case doesn't.
For example "online project management software" grades F, and "project management software" grades A, even if I've put the "online" word in title an so on.
Now I have the same issue with "stock management software" which grades F. "stock management" grades A, even if i've put exactly "stock management software"
thanks.

Thanks for your answer Peter,
I still have the same issue as I described above, with several keywords and pages.
Here you have an example.
keyword: stock management software page:http://salesassist.eu/stock
After changing the keyword in stock management, I get an "A", otherwise "F" grade.
thanks.

Hi there!
Thanks for reaching out to us! I am sorry if you are seeing some issues with your on-page tool. Generally once you run the report, the tool uses a special arm of Roger to crawl the site you directed check out the on-page information. During the time, we will always look at what your server's most recent version of the code suggests, while I am not sure exactly what happend in your situation, there could have been many instances where your server simply hasn't caught up yet with the front end changes you've made. Either case, without some specific example of URL/KW combo we don't really do much into looking into this issue for you.
Just to cover our bases, I went ahead and started a ticket for you so you should hear from me soon!
Thanks for your time, I hope this helps!
Peter

Is it possible there is a cache issue?

That is weird because it usually updates in no time. Try to refresh the page and see if it works.

Which is the better keyword strategy? Specifying page or seeing what ranks?
I recently began using another third-party tool that requires a list of keywords and the URLs I want those keywords to rank on (for example, "vegetarian recipes" on www.123.com/vegetarian-recipes). Is this a better strategy than using the Moz ranking tool to see which pages on my domain my target keywords are already ranking for? I can see how the former might mean we miss opportunities but the latter doesn't necessarily show how my priority pages are doing for specific keywords.

Page with "Missing Title Tag" isn't a page
Hello, I am going through the various errors that the Moz Pro Crawl report and some non-existent pages keep coming up in the report. For example, one error category is "Missing Title Tag" with one page identified. But this page http://www.immigroup.com/news/“http%3A/crs.yorku.ca”?page=2 isn't real. It would have been a 404 were there not a redirect for everything that is /news/gobbledygook to /news. So my question is: when moz (or GA for that matter) identifies these pages as "real" and having errors, do I need to take this seriously? And what do I do about it? Thanks! George

On page report card - small niggle
I've been carefully making page corrections and trying to get each age in line with SEOMoz recommendations. However, under the section marked Optional (and I realise I could just ignore it!) it tells me to "Avoid Using Meta Keywords Tag". However, none of the pages have any meta keywords in. They have a meta description, but no keywords. I have also removed any global keywords. Is the software wrong, or are there some more hidden somewhere.... website page is http://www.forktruckexpress.com/Hire/rossendale-forklift-hire.html Thanks in advance

Company Name in Page Title creating thousands of "Duplicate Page Title" errors
I am new, and I just got back my crawl results (after a week or more). The first thing I noticed is that the "duplicate page title" is in the thousands, my urls and page titles are different. The only thing I can see is that our company name is at appended to the name of every title. I did search and found one other person with this problem, but no answer was given. Can anyone offer some advice? This doesn't seem right... Thanks,
