No data available for example.com in WMT. What to do?

Hi,
Our problem is simple: we have statistics data for www.example.com but some data is missing for example.com (eg."links to your site", "structured data, "html improvements") .
However, "search queries", "index status" and some other data is available for example.com.
The problem is that we have over 5000 subdomains and we see no information about them.(especially links pointing to them).
We followed every advice given by Google but doesn't seem to work:
-Adding www.example.com and example.com in WMT
-Setting www.example.com as the preffered domain
-Using DNS verification to verify our site
What do we have to do?

Are you still having this problem? If so, someone may need to look at your GWT setup to diagnose the issue. You can try some of the SEO companies and consultants listed here in order to hire an analyst to help fix the issue.
If you feel comfortable sharing the domain I can have a look for you to see if there are any answers to be had without logging into GWT.

Sorry for the misunderstanding Axello, but I was asking from which site account did you set up the DNS record for verification. If you did this from the www.mydomain.com account when setting it up to be verified it is possible that the code given would not work for other subdomains, since technically "www" is a subdomain. This is all relatively new for everyone, including myself, but I would try using the DNS verification method from the http://mydomain.com GWT account if you haven't done that already.
Does this make sense? I am very curious to know what the issue is too. Please keep us posted. In the meantime, maybe someone else from Moz can provide some input as well. I will ask our team if any have dealt with this.

Did you do this on http://yourdomain.com or from the http://www.yourdomain.com GWT account? If you want it to cover all subdomains you may have to do it from http://yourdomain.com.

How long has it been? Sometimes it takes several days, even up to a week, for the DNS changes to take effect.

WMT data vs. Analytics
Hi Each month I export my data from WMT and go through analytics. I also export our non brand queries from analytics and not WMT - I haven't had an issue before, but this month the impression data is quite different. In the hundreds of thousands different for keywords, everything seems to have taken a big jump and it seems strange. Hello Guys, I am using google tagmanager and i have configured adwords in tag manager now what i find is that this link - www.googleadservices.com/pagead/conversion_async.js showing on my homepage not in view source but when i do inspect element at that time it appears. Why my WMT is showing more clicks than my Google Analytics Organic Search Traffic?

Reported data in Multi-channel funnels in GA wrong?
I'd love to start using the Multi-channel funnels feature in Google Analytics but I have zero confidence in the reported data as it seems to bear no relationship to the standard ecomm reports. To be specific, in August 2013, MCF is reporting the following for email campaigns: Assisted conversions = 20

Last Click or Direct Conversions = 14
Last Click or Direct Conversion Value = £369.57 Now switching to the traffic sources report, GA reports for the email campaigns revenue was £1,226,41 over the same period across 21 transactions. My interpretation of this is that the email campaigns were the "last-click" and delivered £1,226,41 and 21 "conversions" (as I have no goals configured in this GA view, conversions = transactions I believe) That leaves the MCF last-click report short by £856.84 (£1,226,41 - £369.57) I can see no reason why this should be so unless I'm not interpreting the data correctly! Anybody have any suggestions/ideas as to what's going on? Any help appreciated.0 -
Google Maps not passing referral data
Google Maps is not passing referral data (URLs, not KWs). Google+ Local is referring, but nothing from maps. Maps referrals appear to be coming across as direct. Any ideas?
