Robots.txt blocking Moz
Moz are reporting the robots.txt file is blocking them from crawling one of our websites. But as far as we can see this file is exactly the same as the robots.txt files on other websites that Moz is crawling without problems. We have never come up against this before, even with this site. Our stats show Rogerbot attempting to crawl our site, but it receives a 404 error. Can anyone enlighten us to the problem please? http://www.wychwoodflooring.com -Christina

Abnormal crawl issues appearing in my Moz results
I have been asked to look at a site for a friend and was more than surprised to see 16,9k crawl issues appear in the dashboard... of this 6,238 are duplicate page content and 5878 are duplicated page titles. What on earth is going on? I have spoken to the web developer as it appears there is a dev site somewhere and this is his response [Can I stress that Google determines which site was in the index first and then removes other sites it sees as having duplicate content. Â Our dev sites appearing in the search index would not affect your ranking due to duplicate content as Google would see your site as the first site with the content] As I cannot make contact with him, I am scratching my head, surely a dev site should be no-indexed, it sounds as though he is saying that its ok because Google will take the main site as the first site with the content... Do the SEOmoz Campaign Reports follow Robots.txt?
Hello, Do the SEOmoz Campaign Reports (that track errors and warnings for a website) follow rules I write in the robots.txt file? I've done all that I can to fix the legitimate errors with my website, as reported by the fabulous SEOmoz tools. I want to clean up my pages indexed with the search engines so I've written a few rules to exclude content from Wordpress tag URLs for instance. Will my campaign report errors and warnings also drop as a result of this?

Find New Keywords Tool - Information is not accurate
When using the Find New Keywords tool, the information listed for Rank is often incorrect. I attached an image with two screen shots. One from the Find New Keywords Tool and the other is a Google search results page. In Incognito mode, I searched for the third item on the list, "Speak Creative Memphis." The results put us at #1 for that term, but the Keyword Tool shows that we're #4. Can you help me understand why there is a difference? keywordtool-ss.jpg

Can I add more than one domain in a campaign?
There 5, 12 and 30 campaigns limit in Pro, Pro plus and Elite plan. Does that It mean that I the number of domain we can monitor per plan is equal to the number of allowed campaigns? Lets say I have 50 domains and I want to track them all. Can I manage them like the way Google Analytics do. Thanks

Capitalisation of campaign keywords - why does this affect traffic but not rankings?
Having accidentaly entered keywords into my campaign with both upper-case initial letters ("Product Design") and lower-case initial letters ("product design") I find that the rankings are, as expected, identical. However, the traffic generated by the keywords is markedly different. Does this mean that the two versions of the keyword should be treated like totally seperate keywords in future? Indeed, should I be entering all variants of capitalisation into future keyword campaigns (such as "product Design" and "Product design") if I wish to get the full picture in future? Any answers would be welcome. David in Scotland
