How does Google sort multiple websites in one GWT account?
-
Today I noticed one of our sub-domains listed in our Google Webmaster Tools Account moved from the 6th position to the 2nd position.
Is there a reason for this (perhaps urls/sites listed at the top require the most attention)?
-
All 14 sites listed in my Google Webmaster Tools accounts always appear sorted alphabetically even though it is set to "By Site Health" and the only time one drops to the bottom is when there are messages, access issues, etc.
-
You know, this is a good question and one that has been plaguing me.
While I am not under any false illusions of GWT being any sort of authority or source for anything other than sitemaps and notifications, I still wonder what's happening here. It says it is sorted "By Site Health." That makes me wonder what's up and grabs my attention. I have several domains listed in mine and (what I consider to be) my healthiest site by far is listed at the bottom.. Which means either the unhealthy sites go first or this is all mixed up. I lean towards the latter.
Still I would like to know what the heck...

How To Stop Google's "Fetch & Render" From Showing Up In Google Analytics
Hi all, Within Google's "Fetch & Render" (found in Google Search Console) is the ability to index certain pages from my website on-demand. Unfortunately, every time I ask Google to index a page, it registers as a bounce in Google Analytics. Also, if it means anything, my website (www.knowtro.com) is a single-page application, functioning similarly to Google. If you guys know of any solution to this problem, please help! I originally thought that Google would know to block its own Fetch & Render crawler from Google Analytics but that doesn't seem to be the case. Thanks, Austin

Tracking Organic Traffic and Conversions from multiple TLDs with Google Tag Manager
Hello Guys, I want to track traffic / conversions from different domains (basically same brand - but a lot of different TLD's). The "problem" is that the main conversion which I want to track always happens on the .com TLD and all other TLD's link to there. The problem is, that now the traffic always counts as Referral Traffic, even after setting up cross domain tracking over the google tag manager... So example: Sessions begins on example.co.uk/landing-page11 after User searched on it on google. He decides to buy the product and therefore moves to example.com for the checkout process. No I will have the conversion in my google analytics under referral with example.co.uk. --> but I want to have it under organic, and not under referral. How I can manage this? Thanks for you Help!

Google Analytics "Undetermined" Keyword
Google analytics is suddenly showing a new keyword "undetermined". Traffic Sources > Sources > All Traffic with the primary dimension set to Keyword. It's currently our 13th keyword and it is displayed without parentheses around that you see with (not provided) or (not set). Anyone have any idea what this is? Thanks!

I have changed one of my company pages. Now I saw that the Google position is different using IE of Firefox. In IE we are at position 1, in Firefox we are at position 4. Does anybody know, why this is? And how I could change this for different browsers? At the end the results are from Google.
