How do I get rid of these nofollow backlinks from 1 comment I made?

I wrote a comment on another blog and now every single time that blog posts an article, it comes up as a nofollow backlink in OpenExplorer. It is really annoying to see when I check for new follow backlinks. I just wrote ONE comment on ONE blog post. How can I stop this? There are at least 10 showing up today! Thanks!

Is the comment on each page, or is there a sidebar saying "[You] commented on a post", or something to that effect?
If the actual comment is on each page, it's something wrong with the site and it'll disappear when the admin corrects it.
If the other option, then it should also show several other commenters - it shows the latest comments and yours will be removed when enough people comment to push you off of that list.

No. It is a new blog, I was being friendly. So is every single blog post published from now on going to show up as a nofollow comment? Why, when I just commented on one post?

Yup either what Mike said or email the webmaster and ask for the link to be removed.
But I mean... does it drive any traffic in?

When in Open Site Explorer, click the first dropdown and select "only follow". That way you won't see any of the NoFollowed links pointing to your URL.

Suddenly Getting more than a 100 links. Is it a problem?
Hi Everyone, My client writes articles for a very prominent news source in the area where I live. Attached to each article there is her bio, but she never asked the news source to link to her website. So far, she has written more than 100 articles. Spammy backlinks
I am very new to this site and need some help. I have two spammy backlinks in my report that were done by my host provider as I hired them for SEO. When I click on the web site there is no where to contact them. I can only subscribe to their group and I sure don't want to do that. Is having two ranking as an 8+ awful. I don't know if I should do the Disavow route or not.

Follow or Nofollow?
Hi all, I have a question, which I can not figure out the answer to. I have a web site which collects sporting news articles so that users need only to go to one site to check news about a subject instead of going to all sorts of sites. On the site I simply link out (to over 300 sources). My question is: The links (I have thousands and thousands per day) should they be follow or nofollow? Do I gain anything by having them set to follow. Or do I lose anything by setting them to nofollow? How is it that Craigslist, and Backpage get a boost from google and take over 1 or more of the page one results in my niche? Ive also seen people ask a yahoo question, and answer with a link to their website? Are these just temporary boosts?

How Many Backlinks Per Day
I am starting to do some manual back-linking for a medium competition word with high traffic. I plan to start back linking with like niche blogs with non spam comments, like niche directories, like niche forums, and guest blogging. My domain is over 3 years old and ranks for multiple keywords, but I'm going to concentrate specifically on this keyword, but need to know how many links to back-link a day. Again none of these will be spam, but will be of real quality. I was thinking 10-20 a day, but unsure.

What pages to nofollow?
We are doing a homepage redesign on our site and as I was going through the code I noticed no links are nofollow links. We have pages such as policies, contact us, links, about us and FAQ that we are not really concerned if anyone visits or if they are indexed. Would it be smart to nofollow these links? Also what other types of links would you recommend we no follow? We would like to get as much link juice as possible to our top categories, but don't want necessary pages to get forgotten. Also, do links higher up on the page get more link juice than items on the bottom of the page? Any knowledge or suggestions on the topic is greatly appreciated!
