Moz not allowing me to add social profiles?
-
I have 13 Facebook accounts I want to connect. I got 5 of them to connect, and Moz says that I have 10 of 15 accounts left. However, when I try to add another account it says that I have reached the maximum amount of accounts already?

Hi Joel,
I am having a problem getting my campaign to connect to another Twitter Account. I have only been able to get it to connect to 1 Twitter account so far. When I try to connect to another Twitter Account it never sends me to the "login credentials" page like it did for the first Twitter connection. It keeps coming back to a blank screen with "272005" at the top of the blank screen.
Can you please contact me via telephone to see if you can help?

Thanks,
Donna Davis

Hi,
I seem to have the same issue in Moz Analytics. Once a campaign is set up I am struggling to add a competitor's social accounts... while not having reached the 15 limit, there just is no option to add these.
This is rather odd since I was given the option when I set up the campaign, but I just couldn't be bothered at that time... now I wish I would have bothered.Cheers

Hey there,
Thanks for the question. the Moz Analytics social limits do say fifteen total. But that's split between the networks. So it's five for FB, five for Twitter, and five for G+.
Sorry for any confusion. I'm going to look into how we can message that better.
Cheers,
Joel. -
Hmm, well i set up 5 of our 13 facebooks so it's definitely not a multiple facebook thing. And I'm only using 1 of 5 campaigns. So even if it were 5 per campaign, wouldn't it be saying you have 20/25 instead of 10/15....
Moz, what's up?
-
I could be completely wrong, but I think the 15 social accounts are across the 5 campaigns - so 1 Facebook account, 1 Twitter account, and 1 Google+ account per campaign?
I am not 100% sure on this. Just a thought.
Mike

Unsolved No replies from help@moz.com - one of our IPs is blocked by Cloudflare so we cannot access Moz Community from there
Hi all,
Product Support | | DanielDL
I am a bit at my wits end trying to get some acknowledgement from MOZ. Have had no replies, no ticket auto-replies, no updates on any of the messages I have sent via the Moz Help Form on the website. Literally nothing. I wanted to avoid having to post publicly, but does anyone know how to raise a "technical problem" ticket with MOZ? help@moz.com never replies and the Help Form doesn't generate any kind of ticket. From our main office we get an "Access denied" Error (via Cloudflare) specifically for the Moz Community area. This happened to us in February of this year and has been happening again all through May. After testing ourselves with our IT, we determine that MOZ's Cloudflare account has incorrectly blocked the dedicated IP address specific to the internet connection at our head office. This means that none of our Moz User accounts can access anything related to the Community area in our account when working at the studio. We can only do so when working remotely (ie. some other IP address). This is incredibly frustrating, particularly as we've been on a proper paid MOZ account for many years. And I have sent numerous email requests, messages via the Form, etc., and have never heard back from anyone at all. The problem has been on-going for some time and I guess it is my fault because I tried to politely wait a fair amount of time between each follow-up. Only to realize that, actually, I don't think anyone is monitoring help@moz.com or even the Form submissions, or are even looking into the issue for me. Am hoping this message is seen by someone at Moz so they can let me know what is going on please? Guys..... c'mon.....0 -

Moz Reporting -Selecting Dates
How to I select what dates to report from? I would like a quarterly report - is it possible to compare to the previous year/quarter?

Is there still a way to put in a support ticket with Moz. I cannot find it on the site.
I sent an email a few minutes ago to support@moz.com but don't know if that is a usable address or not. I would prefer an answer from a Moz staffer. Thanks,

How to force MOZ crawlers to search in the right area for local SEO
We do local SEO over here and so our keywords are always followed by a city name, like so: "auto repair+Springfield". If there's ever any confusion within SERPS which "Springfield" the searcher is looking for we can depend on Google to pull query location to assume it's the nearest to them (it does, and is usually correct). And furthermore, if the office ever needs to check for rankings by hand (we're not in Springfield), we just set the query location to "Springfield" and our results match their. However, MOZ doesn't set a query location. Which makes sense, I suppose, because their crawlers are up in the Bay. What I'm saying is that oftentimes there's a discrepancy between how MOZ tells me they rank, and how I see them ranking, the business owner sees them ranking, and how the customer finds them ranking. As such, we can't send them reports through MOZ 😞 Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution? Should the keyword be followed by a zip code instead of a city name? This seems like it would solve the location query problem but it may not provide the same results as service+city name.
