Hi, While prospecting for backlinks target do you guys filter links less than a specific DA or PA? for instance - if PA<5 then remove
My VA accidentally selected a PA 3 link where the site owner eventually gave us a backlink.
Due to that link the traffic jumped 14X!!!
Had it been my filtering process would never got the backlink and traffic. What do you guys suggest?

Directory Listing without Permission... Was your company listed here also likes ours?

We just found a backlink for our site from a brand spanking new, week-old directory site. We did not create this, so aside from submitting a request to remove it through their contact form (which we already did), do you have any other tips to get this removed beside submitting a disavow request. http://seo-company-in.com//United_States/North_Carolina/whiteboard-creations-cary-and-raleigh-nc-web-design-and-seo-service-267 Also, check to make sure your company isn't listed as well without your permission (not providing a functioning link back for them, but enter in their domain to check it out. Best way of starting link building to a new website?

I am doing SEO for a security keyholding company and would like to build up some quality links from related and high PR sites. Submitting profiles to directories is incredibly time consuming. I am thinking of outsourcing a link building campaign to a link building company, but know Google advises against this. Does anyone recommend a cost effective and ethical link building service out there? Or are there any link building techniques to use that will help me out? What I want to be sure of is that a link building campaign won’t get my websites penalised in search engines and the links are from quality and related websites. Many thanks in advance

Directory Listing Quality

Have any of you ever purchased a directory listing with Absolute Directory (http:www.absolutedirectory.com)? I was thinking about suggesting it to some of my clients since it was inexpensive, had a good domain authority (58), moz trust (5.81), and didn't seem to be filled with any ads or obtrusive content. Anyone have a list of paid directories?

I want to get into some good paid directories, but every list I have found out there is either just a top ten and repeats the same ones or is a list of 500 where I know most are worthless. Has anyone submitted to paid directories that has a list of good ones that are actually worth submitting to?
