Help with google+ Please??

Hello, we have recently created a google + page.
We have entered our URL however i do not think that it is set up correctly.

There is no button on the header to follow or to +1
there is no mention of our URL within the header, and i have found on many others the url is displayed, linked with a tick and a little globe next to it.
i am presuming that i need to link the google plus page to my webiste and verify it some how? But i am struggling to figure out how too do this. can any one help or shed any light on this? Thanks

A little lower than you have on your image you should see a link page with "your website" and a little tick next to it the tick means its been linked.

I have managed to do all that but i cannot understand why it has not linked. it shows our URL but not as a hyperlink?

Did you make sure to out your G+ number where it says yourpageID?

Link to your website from your Google+ page's profile.
To edit your page profile:

Make sure you're on the Google+ page you'd like to edit.

Click the profile icon .

Click Edit Profile.

Click Website. You'll know it's editable when the color of the section changes to blue.
On the "about" section you want to edit the links section if you want find it don't worry edit any of the boxes then you will see tabs at the bottom (circles) Second in from the right is one called links you can add your website there

Update your site's home page by adding a link to your Google+ page, like this:

There is no section that says website? or "edit profile"?
I click "edit" on my google plus page and it brings up a box to edit the content...
People, story, work, education... but no section called website.
Its been bugging me for days!

Does Traffic help improve my page rank?
I've learned many things to do to improve my page rank over the past several months (thanks, seomoz). Our website, www.farnorthkennel.com, has improved greatly thanks to your help. Here's my question. I have 13000 fans on FB. If they all read a blog post I put up, does this help my page rank? Does new visitors hitting up my website make the Google gods smile upon me?

Google+ What is up with results?
If anybody has followed me, they know I am not a big advocate of Social Media, but I understand when you must adapt. So we broke down and made our Google+ Page https://plus.google.com/113910385846996409142 The problem is, when you go to Google and search "Google+ Columbia Engineered Rubber" You get what appears to be 2 place pages (our company is in 2 locations) and one page that looks like something somebody tried to make, could have somebody here, or some auto generating thing..don't know. But our real page that we made (linked above) doesn't appear at all. Does anybody know how to go about consolidating these pages to the one I made, its quite confusing for one company to have 3 pages showing in results none of which are correct. Should you have both google authorship & publisher set up on a website?
I have read that its a good idea to have both rel=author & rel= publisher set up on a website If so What is the best way to set it up to where rel=author and rel=publisher appear in your website source code? I use wordpress genesis site and have the Yoast seo plugin **In the user profile section on WP there is an area to enter google Authorship link **In the Yoast dashboard there is a place to enter google publisher link. When I check my source code…….I see rel=publisher only on the home page, however ALL my other WordPress Pages and Posts have rel=author. Does that sound correct?
