Additionally direct emails to help@moz.com don't work and return a permanent failure error. There's also no verification email coming through when using the message form page to contact support, I'm presuming it's emailing the above email but also failing.

Ok, everything is back up and running. If you have any additional issues, feel free to email us at help@moz.com.
Thanks,

Hey everyone, just wanted to let you guys know where we're at. Wowrack is now having maintenance for the next 8 hours, and our folks will be monitoring things throughout the night. We're frustrated by all this as well, and will let you all know things have fully stabilized.
Thanks,
Jen

ah nevermind then, I must be mistaken. anyway thanks for being on these forums for so long on a saturday, without personnel like you moz would possibly get a lot more hatemail

I've been an employee of Moz for a year and a half, and contracted for over a year before that.
-
Our campaigns came back right when you posted this response, all crisp blues skies and few fluffy clouds in here.
Thank you Keri & sorry about the rant, nothing personal at all, you people generally awesomeness. It was just beyond frustrating to wake up with plans and limited time and run into... well I'm sure you know how that goes
oh btw just totally out of curiosity and without meaning to be stalking here, did you not just get hired / promoted out at moz? I think I saw your face on twitter somewhere along with a tweet about working at moz lol man they have given you the hardest job

Im still down 100% - got nothing...so I disagree not fixed!

Would rather pay more for a service I can rely on. Trying to get my work done on a Saturday and cannot. Can I get a credit on our account for this BS?
-
I'm having issues now trying to access my dashboard. I can't look at any analytics. Not shaping up to be something I want to pay $100/mo for after the free trial expires...
-
We're back up and working now, and thank you for your patience.

It is an issue with Wowrack, and we have several people on our end that are doing what we can to get things running. We will keep you updated on Twitter.

same here
emails sent to help@moz.com bounce, posted another thread so they know about that too.
This is what their twitter said an hour ago. wowrack? really MOZ?! This is what happens when corners are cut... even this company's own site is down... a simple check on their reviews brings up bad things, apparently some management and contract issues, and utterly spam-dated reviews here. really?! 5 happy reviews on the same dates back to back? their engineers are overseas too. come on moz, you can afford better, throw one less ceo swap a year.... #ranting of course. but come on!
We're having some server issues, which won't allow you into campaigns. We're working w/ wowrack to get the issue fixed asap!
-
yea same for me.. My campaigns are missing and a spinning wheel failing to load. Guess Moz analytics having some tech issues, or having the weekend off! - Maybe try again later, I'm sure they're on the case to solve it.

Error Selecting Search Engine During Moz Campaign Set-Up
Hi, I'm setting up a Moz campaign for a new client, and when I get to the third step, "Choose the search engines for which you would like to track rankings," there's nothing to select. No drop down, or anything, just a blank field under the heading. If I try to advance, I get an error pop-up that says I must select a search engine. Has anyone else run into this problem? What should I do? GlWPAsc zAmzqFf

What day of the week should I set my campaigns up on?
I am new to doing SEO, and am not an SEO professional. I'm just taking a DIY approach to learning about and doing my own SEO for some non-profit work and using Moz is my first foray into it. I have a question about which day of the week is best to run my campaigns. I have 5 campaigns running, but I set them up rather haphazardly. So one is running on Saturdays, and the remaining 4 run on Mondays. I am running these campaigns on sites that are not mine. I'm not the webmaster. This is a non-profit, sort of a research effort that seeks to investigate other non-profit websites that all advocate on a particular topic. I'd like to be able to compare the 5 campaigns (e.g., their keyword rankings especially). So I think I should get them all running on the same day. Setting aside that Moz isn't able to let me switch which day they run on, I'm needing advice on how to think about which day of the week I should choose. I haven't been running them for very long and I'm sill a newbie so I don't think it's a huge deal that I'll need to re-setup at least one of the campaigns to get them all on the same day. I've been searching Moz Q & A and google for things like "best day of the week to track SERPs" and "how often to track SERPs" but I'm not getting anything that's helping me think about what's important for choosing a day of the week. I am getting results for other rank trackers out there that let you do more frequent ranking but I'm not quite ready to branch out to other tools, so I really more need some guidance on how to think about which day of the week to choose here in Moz. Blog posts, tutorials, links to related questions, etc on this topic would be awesome, plus your general thoughts and discussion on it would be great, too.

How to use Campaigns
I'm struggling with a very basic question at the beginning. How to use campaigns in moz 🙂

How do you use Campaigns? Only one campaign for the whole domain? One basic Campaign for the whole domain plus temporary campaigns for the current topic you are working on? A campaign for every conversion goal... Couldn't find a best of what a campaign could be.1 -

Why can't I add more than one campaign in my trial version of MOZ?
Hi, I'm on the 30 day trial and I can only run one campaign right now. I thought I could add in 5 campaigns. When I go into Manage Campaigns the 'add a campaign' button is light blue and I can't click it. Is this just because I'm on the trial? Or should I be able to add 4 more campaigns?

High Number of Crawl Errors for Blog
Hello All, We have been having an issue with very high crawl errors on websites that contain blogs. Here is a screenshot of one of the sites we are dealing with: http://cl.ly/image/0i2Q2O100p2v . Looking through the links that are turning up in the crawl errors, the majority of them (roughly 90%) are auto-generated by the blog's system. This includes category/tag links, archived links, etc. A few examples being: http://www.mysite.com/2004/10/ http://www.mysite.com/2004/10/17/ http://www.mysite.com/tagname As far as I know (please correct me if I'm wrong!), search engines will not penalize you for things like this that appear on auto-generated pages. Also, even if search engines did penalize you, I do not believe we can make a unique meta tag for auto-generate pages. Regardless, our client is very concerned seeing these high number of errors in the reports, even though we have explained the situation to him. Would anyone have any suggestions on how to either 1) tell Moz to ignore these types of errors or 2) adjust the website so that these errors now longer appear in the reports? Thanks so much! Rebecca
