Unable to Access my Unfinished Campaign
-
Hello all,
I tried to create a campaign for one of my clients but something happened and I had to stop somewhere in the middle.
I tried to recreate it but it shows me the following message:
“Oops, you already have a campaign named Willoby's Furniture. Please select a unique name for this campaign”.
My problem is that I can’t access or see the unfinished campaign. A solution would be to create a new campaign and give it a different name. However, I would prefer to use this space for another client.
Any suggestions?
Many thanks,
Elsa

Hi Elsa,
Thanks for writing in!
It looks like you did have a draft campaign set up in Pro a while back that Analytics is checking against which is why you're running into this error. It looks like you worked around it by creating a campaign with a different name, but Analytics definitely shouldn't be referring to Pro for this data. I'm going to create a ticket with you as the requestor and forward this along to our Developers for you. This way we can get the issue logged, repaired and I can let you know when its deployed.
Thanks for reporting and let us know if there's anything else you need!
Best,
Sam

How do I remove a campaign?
I have a client that I no longer work with. I'd like to remove the campaign and I cannot figure out how. Can anyone please assist me? Edit: Nevermind, I found it under Analytics > Active Campaigns > Permanently Remove. Thanks anyway!

One of my campaigns is missing. Can it be recovered? Where did it go and why?
The missing campaign is Solaris (SolarisVail.com). It was the first campaign created in my Moz account. For some reason, it's not appearing in my campaign list. I really don't want that campaign to simply be gone.

Do Archived campaigns contribute to total keyword usage allowed in Moz plan?
We're debating whether to archive some campaigns or delete them entirely. One factor in consideration is if Archived campaigns count towards total keywords allowed in our Moz subscription. Thank you for your insights!

Archived campaigns not in Moz Analytics
Hi team! Working in the awesome new Moz Analytics, I happened to notice that all (but one) of our archived campaigns seem to be missing from Moz Analytics (in the "Manage Your Campaigns" area). Have we jumped the gun and perhaps they're still working their way over in the migration? If so, do they have an estimated arrival date? Any light which can be shed on this is much appreciated. Thanks team!

How do I access my Full SERP Analysis Report in the new Moz?
Another possibly dumb question... I ran a full SERP analysis report and had it emailed to me, but in the email there's no link to the report. I logged back into Moz, but I can't find the report anywhere. Thanks! BiDFIvG

Are the on page report cards graded according to the keywords associated with your campaign only?
One of the key phrases I have associated with my campaign is Las Vegas wedding venues. I have an on-page report card grade D for a page I am optimizing for the long tail key phrase outdoor wedding venues in Las Vegas. Some of the issues I am being asked to fix are:
Product Support | | leslieevarts
1. Broad Keyword Usage in Page Title: Employ the keyword in the page title, preferably as the first words in the element.
2. Keyword Usage in URL
3. Appropriate Keyword Usage in H1 Tag Should I disregard these fixes because Moz.com is running these report as if I am optimizing for Las Vegas wedding venues as oppose to outdoor wedding venues in Las Vegas? All help is appreciated!! Thank you so much 😃0
