Moz Analytics bugs

Hi everyone !
I'm loyal user of moz pro from January 2013. I appreciate that moz what to innovate with Moz Analytics but I think that it's lot of mess !
Activated campaigns become archived, deleted keywords come back ... and lot of time I couldn't access to my account.
the worst thing is that I didn't get any answers from support team after weeks !
I was thinking to upgrade my account but this discourages me !

Were you logged in at the time? Can you share with me (a PM is fine) what email you used as a contact email? I'm still looking in our system to try to find the ticket, and knowing if you were logged in or out, what account you used, etc. will help me troubleshoot. Thanks!

How are you contacting the support team? I took a look in our logs under your name, email, and nickname, and could only find a request from 2011 there. If you can tell me how you contacted our team, or what email you used when you contacted, I can look into this more for you.

Tracking more competitors with Moz Pro
Hello Moz, I am currently in my free trial period of Moz Pro and am enjoying it very much. However, I would like to be able to track more than just three competitors per campaign. Is this something that is available with an upgrade?

Cannot create campaign because Moz doesn't recognize my URL
I have a new url, and I'm trying to create a new campaign for it. But in first step when i enter the domain, an error message pops up saying the url is invalid. could you help?

Analytics loading to slow
When i click on Moz Analytics button on top right, it takes me to the screen where i could/should choose compaign, but compaigns does not load. 😞 Chrome throws sript loading to long. Safari just loads page till infinite. Firefox throws alert that one specifi scritp is taking to long to load. I can't get to any compaign 😞

Moz crawls
Hi all! I'm running two separate campaign crawls at the moment that I'm having a few issues with. The first is http://www.muchbetteradventures.com/. I'm tracking this at root to try an pick any problems with a previous version of the site, which is on the v1.muchbetteradventures subdomain. However, I'm only seeing 100 or so pages as being crawled in Moz, compared to thousands in Google. There's no access blocked alerts in Moz either. The second is http://www.sothebys.com/. I started this crawl at root a few days ago and no pages at all have been processed. Very odd! Any advice would be much appreciated.
