How do I get the SERP overlay tool to work?

I have the SEOMoz toolbar installed. In the settings I have a tick next to Display SERP Overlay. When I first activated this it showed up but with no data just continually searching for a long time. Now it is not showing up at all.
This is such a great tool, how can I get it working?

Ok I tried this and at first it did not seem to work. Now it is working. Maybe the only missing peice to the puzzle was turning my computer on and off?? Anyway the toolar now looks different to the other one and the SERP Overlay tool is working. Big thanks.

Life is easier with FF 3.6.

I'm in Australia too. Maybe try re-installing Firefox from scratch. Delete cache, uninstall Firefox, download latest version, install and download seomoz add-on.

I'm using the firefox 4.0.1, Would locaton matter being from Austraila??

I had a similar problem with Firefox 4.0.1. I had to log out from SEOmoz & Google, clear cache, cookies, remove the SEOmoz add-on from Firefox, then reinstall and log back in. After that it worked perfectly.

Is there a tool on Moz or out on the internet that does bad link checker
I'm still pretty new to this and I was wondering if there is a free software, one of Moz or free out on the the internet that allows you to check bad links. I've done a lot of link building with citations and directories that for my clients industry. I just don't want to add their website and profile to a bad/risky directory and it penalizes my clients. I've seen a few out there, but I need one that is respectable and reliable. Any suggestions? I found one called bad neighborhood http://www.bad-neighborhood.com/text-link-tool.htm. How to Refresh the Rankings Tool?
Is there a way to manually refresh the "Rankings" part of a campaign? I know about the Rank Tracker tool but didn't have a lot of keywords set up there. So I need to refresh the Rankings in the Campaign to know exactly which rankings have dropped in the past few hours... any way to do that?

Does SEOMoz ever work?
Hi, I've signed up for the free 30 day trial and I'm on the edge of not actually subscribing to the service. I go through the Q & A boards which I find really interesting and hope I can add value there in the future, but the tools interest me more (and this is where the issue lies. Do they ever work? The Keyword difficulty tool just constantly says to come back in 20 minutes and I don't think the Rank Tracker has worked for at least half my freebie 30 days. Have the tools always been this flaky or is it a blip?

Keyword Difficulty Tool Ranking
I'm using the keyword difficultly tool to help me create a a list of 5 keywords (out of approx 50-60) to optimise pages for on a site. However I don't want to just choose the top 5 if 3 of them are too competitive and not worth targeting. From anyone's experience, for a small, new web company who has no pages optimised at this point, do you think there is a keyword difficulty score that I should create a hard limit on? So for instance, with a group of keywords, to only target keywords that have a difficulty score of 60 or below because anything higher would be too difficult to optimise the pages for in this stage of the sites development. My page has a 302 redirect and I don't know how to get rid of it!
I use Internet Officer tool to see the 302 redirect but I check the redirects in the CPanel and there are none. In the .htaccess there are none either. I don't know where else to look 😞 The url is http://servicioshosting.com Can you guys help me? I can't set up a campaign because Google can't crawl the website. This stuff works - but be patient
..or subtitled "This is how I did it" Managed to get clients second most important keyword to #1 on Google recently (most important is about 5 or 6, am getting there with that one) 🙂 Yes, we all know 'rankings aren't important, traffic/searches are' but you know what - when a Client sees their keyword at #1 it kinda helps getting paid. Thus, in summary, this is how I did it. I don't think there's anything earth shattering here but it might help a few out as I see so many 'where do i start' type posts. 1 - Do everything within Webmaster Tools that is humanly possible. Sitemaps, fix errors, preferred domain the lot. Spend ages here! 2 - Get your on page optimisation sorted out. Decide on THE main keyword for page, fire it into your campaign and test it. Do not give up until it's an A and you've done ALL the tips/hints (yes, even bold text on the page.) It's obvious but you have to tell a Search Engine exactly what the page is about - and give it a few hints too. 3 - Links - ahhh, good old links the bain of our lives. This site was struggling for links so i bought some - yes, the shame of it. I still think the best directories are a good starting point, spent about £400 or so. (BOTW, JoeAnt, HotVsNot etc,) Also, find low hanging fruit places for links. See where top 3 or 4 competitors are getting links from (via OSE) and get your site linked there too. These aren't always chargeable. 4 - Get rid of as many errors you can from Crawl Diagnostics (Roger) and do everything you can to ensure page(s) load as quick as possible. e.g. for images, resize them and reduce colour depth. 5 - Go over Steps 1-4 again and again AND AGAIN. I think that's about it (will add anything if i think of it), this all took about 4-5 months - not to do the SEO work but for Google (or any SE) to recognise it all, so thanks to all at SEOmoz, the blogs and this forum for all the assistance. (Just need to get Linkscape updated quicker now folks - i couldn't resist that one!)

Bad on page optimization grade, still displays high in SERP
I'm looking at the keyword on page optimization report for my site and I have keywords where my landing page is showing up first on the SERP, but my SEOmoz on-page optimization grade for them is an F. Am I ranking high for these terms because no one is optimized for the terms? They are almost all directed at my home page, does domain authority play a role in me ranking high for them? Thanks for any insight.
