F rated page appearing higher than A rated page

Hi,
We have a page that we have optimised in the MOZ system and got a grade A for the term "Dental Implants Wolverhampton"
The page that has been optimised isn't being indexed in google
http://www.perfectdental.eu.com/treatments-implants.php
However, this page
http://www.perfectdental.eu.com/uk-clinics-dental-team.php
Which hasn't been optimised is indexed 11. If i run this page through the MOZ "on-page checker" it receives a quality score of F. Its very confusing, would be great to hear from anyone with any ideas?
Thanks

Yes be careful with back links Adrian.
If you employ a company with a good reputation, they'll make sure the building blocks for your company link strategy is authoritative, as well as informative for the targeted audience.
Google algorithms will penalise poor links for sure.
In the last 3 years, Social Media has had a massive impact on link development. Social Media is the future for "authentic" link development.

I'm afraid you're going to have to overcome that shyness a bit. Links can be dangerous, of course, but they're vital. And if you avoid the less-reputable methods, there's not a whole lot to fear.
Jon Cooper of Point Blank SEO has made a great resource for link building ideas: Link Building Strategies – The Complete List. I highly recommend it.
Incidentally, the link from yell.com is no-follow, so it won't be terribly beneficial from a ranking perspective.
The other link is a followed link, but I didn't look into their authority.

Brilliant, thanks for that Justin. Just checking a couple of things though. The site does seem to have some back links:

http://www.cosmeticdentistryguide.co.uk/cosmeticdentistryabroad/profile/perfect-profiles.htmlDo you have any suggestions for the types of sites we need links from? (local directories etc) I shy away from back links in general.

The on page grade helps you ensure you've done everything on that page to help it rank. We have some F grades ranking well, too. But that's mainly because competition is low. There's a lot more to take into consideration, however.
Just a cursory look suggests you should focus on links. When I looked, neither Google nor Bing were showing external links pointing to the domain or the two pages in question. Some work there would pay off tremendously.
Also, you should create a Google Webmasters account and submit a xml-sitemap. When I've done that with a new site in the past, nearly all my pages received an initial crawl very soon after.
Along with the sitemap, you'll want to evaluate your internal linking. You're using navigation to link to your pages internally, but you may also benefit from linking to important pages within the actual content, as well.
One thing the on-page grader does not measure is semantic page structure. You have H2s above H1s. That probably won't hurt you a ton, but my eye kinda starts twitching.

Crawl Diagnostics 403 on home page...
In the crawl diagnostics it says oursite.com/ has a 403. doesn't say what's causing it but mentions no robots.txt. There is a robots.txt and I see no problems. How can I find out more information about this error?

Duplicate page reported in Wordpress site, but I can't find it in All Pages list
In a crawl report a duplicate page content warning has been displayed. The two urls are 1. http://www.superheroes.com.au/shop
Moz Pro | | Andyfools
and
2. http://www.superheroes.com.au/shop/category/catalog/ It's a WordPress site and I cannot find the second page anywhere in the list of All Pages in the Admin (I want to add canonicalisation code) When I view the 2nd page and click Edit Page, it redirects to the 1st page. Any ideas where SEOMoz would be finding this 2nd page or how it might be being generated? (btw I didn't build this site) Thanks Simon0 -
What is the difference between the Rank Tracker and the On-page Optimization page?
Both of them track keywords. In the Rank Tracker, you add each keyword manually and you associate it with a URL. For On-page Optimization page, the URLs are generated automatically based on searches and traffic?

Why do pages with canonical urls show in my report as a "Duplicate Page Title"?
eg: Page One
Moz Pro | | DPSSeomonkey
<title>Page one</title>
No canonical url Page Two
<title>Page one</title> Page two is counted as being a page with a duplicate page title.
Shouldn't it be excluded?0 -

How can I update On Page Optimization Reports following 301 redirect?
A few weeks ago I ran the SEOMoz On Page Optimization Reports for one of my sites. At the time, the site homepage was duplicated .com/ and .com/index.html (I know!). The On Page Optimisation Reports I ran at the time obviously included both as individual pages. I've now corrected the duplicate issue with a 301 but the On Page Optimization Reports are still looking at the rankings for .com/index.html and therefore showing "not in top 50" for keywords where I'm actually ranking 1st - any idea how I can get the reports to update so they don't continue to look for .com/index.html? Thanks!
