Hi,I was testing out the medium pro features but was not aware that I had passed the 30day trial period and there was no notification or email sent to me informing me that. It was shocking to have been billed such a huge amount. Is it possible to get a refund? You can check my activity log which will be inactive.

Is there a report that will show Keyword Rank History for the life of an active campaign?
I want to get a history of the keywords that have been tracked in an active campaign. This will allow us to see improvements over time.

One of my campaigns is missing. Can it be recovered? Where did it go and why?
The missing campaign is Solaris (SolarisVail.com). It was the first campaign created in my Moz account. For some reason, it's not appearing in my campaign list. I really don't want that campaign to simply be gone.
