Duplicate Content

I have a question about duplicate content. (auto generated text).
Will google consider page 1 and page 2 as duplicate content?Page 1.
You will find all the Amazon coupon codes and Amazon discount codes currently available listed below, if Amazon doesn't currently have any coupons available you may want to check for Amazon deals or find related coupon codes or promotional codes for similar online stores selling the same products as amazon.
We always have the latest coupon codes for Amazon which are updated daily, so if you can't find any Amazon coupons here then you won't find them anywhere else.
Shop online today at Amazon, and take advantage of the coupon codes that Amazon currently has on offer, these coupon codes, offer codes, and promo codes for Amazon may never be available again.Page 2.
You will find all the Target coupon codes and Target discount codes currently available listed below, if Target doesn't currently have any coupons available you may want to check for Target deals or find related coupon codes or promotional codes for similar online stores selling the same products as Target.

Each page with unique 300 words will be fine in google's eyes?
If you have 300 words on each page, as long as it's useful content that people are sticking around to read, then you should be okay. Your end goal should be to provide value to your visitors. If 300 words is plenty of content for the subject of your pages, then you're okay. If you have a blog about quantum physics and you only write 300 words per page... you might not be so okay anymoreAfter the text is removed is there any chance to recover from Panda? If your site is penalized by Panda, and you make adjustments to fix the issues you were once penalized for, yes, you can certainly recover. It's possible that duplicate content isn't your only issue, and there may be more to fix. Again, this is assuming you're penalized by Panda. I found a really good post about Panda recovery a couple weeks ago. Lucky for you, I bookmarked it! http://www.ventureharbour.com/panda-recovery-a-guide-to-recovering-googles-panda-update/
What about Page title and page meta description? I wouldn't personally write my titles and meta descriptions like that. It is probably a good idea to vary them up and make them a bit more unique from one another. If I'm being totally honest, I think your example title tags might work for Google. That would be up to you though if you're willing to take that chance. If everything else on your site is fantastic, and your only issue is those types of title tags, I really don't think Google would give you a problem. Either way, the best thing to do (obviously) is make them more unique. I'm not a personal fan of them being too similar, but I have seen it done like that on a site before and the pages ranked just fine (they were pretty low competition keywords though). Edit: This is the only question I'm not that sure about... your examples might be okay, but I don't want to give you bad advice.
This is my second question on MOZ and your answered both of them.
Hooray! I hope I'm helping you out I've made it a goal of mine to make it to the top 50 in Moz Points before the end of 2014. -

The answer is a big, fat, juicy, YES. That is the epitome of duplicate content.
You need to write the content completely unique from the other page. You cannot trick Google. The Panda will bite you hard

How does Indeed.com make it to the top of every single search despite of having aggregated content or duplicate content
How does Indeed.com make it to the top of every single search despite of having duplicate content. I mean somewhere google says they will prefer original content & will give preference to them who have original content but this statement contradict when I see Indeed.com as they aggregate content from other sites but still rank higher than original content provider side. How does Indeed.com make it to the top of every single search despite of having aggregated content or duplicate content

Content in Tabs
I speed read an article recently and forgot to save it regarding Contents on a page in tabs. Is it correct that now Google is rendering the entire page it's better not to have content in tabs hidden by Javascript? As it stands at the moment, we've got the tabs set-up so that the main part of the page containing the keyword rich text is in a tab and not the first thing presented to the user

What to do about resellers duplicating content?
Just went through a big redevelopment for a client and now have fresh images and updated content but now all the resellers have just grabbed the new images/content and pasted them on their own site. My client is a manufacture that sells directly online and over the phone for large orders. I'm just not sure how to handle the resellers duplicate content. Any thoughts on this? Am I being silly for worrying about this?

Long list of companies spread out over several pages - duplicate content?
Hi all, I am currently working with a company formation agent. They have a list of every limited company spread over hundreds of pages. What do you guys think? Is there a need for Canonicals? The website is ranking pretty well but I want to make sure there aren't any problems in the future. Here are two pages as examples: http://www.formationsdirect.com/companysearchlist.aspx?start=MULLAGHBOY+CONSTRUCTION+LIMITED&next=1# http://www.formationsdirect.com/companysearchlist.aspx?start=%40a+company+limited&next=1# Also what about the actual company pages? See an example below http://www.formationsdirect.com/companysearchlist.aspx?name=AMNA+CONSTRUCTION+LTD&number=06630333#.U8PW6_ldX1s Thanks in advance Aaron

Duplicate content penalty
when moz crawls my site they say I have 2x the pages that I really have & they say I am being penalized for duplicate content. I know years ago I had my old domain resolve over to my new domain. Its the only thing that makes sense as to the duplicate content but would search engines really penalize me for that? It is technically only on 1 site. My business took a significant sales hit starting early July 2013, I know google did and algorithm update that did have SEO aspects. I need to resolve the problem so I can stay in business

Index Page Content
Mozers, I am of the believe and as a person who puts the utmost emphasis on the index page of any website I am trying to rank, especially with a new domain ... insuring content is relevant, structured, optimized and we have some link juice flowing in. I find once we get the index page ranked, Google's little bots then start to index and rank accordingly the rest of the website ... and we start producing results. We also develop websites (dare I say its where we expertise in) and unexpectantly the client has asked us to carry out SEO work additionally to their web development. Problem lies here, their index page, has absolutely no written content at all, just one large image with a logo (Fashion Website) ...Which I identify as a huge issue as per my explanation is paragraphs one or two. I am sure withe the many more qualified SEO experts and gurus within the SEOmoz community, you have also come across this issue So a few questions, if you don't mind adding advice. 1 - Am I putting too much emphasize on content within the index page, in terms of indexing and actually ranking ...yes I appreciate that terms within the website will be ranked against other pages other than the index page, but will it harm us for having no content at all within the index page 2 - If so, and yes is the answer to above, how do we handle it, we have spoke with the client and he is pretty adamant that he want the index page as is, he has been through out the whole website building process. As suggested, any advice would be really appreciated, its a difficult market to rank within a it is, and i can only see this index page making the task a lot more difficult Cheers John

What is the best way to resolve duplicate content issue
Hi I have a client whose site content has been scraped and used in numerous other sites. This is detrimental to ranking. One term we wish to rank for is nowhere. My question is this: what's the quickest way to resolve a duplicate content issue when other sites have stolen your content? I understand that maybe I should firstly contact these site owners and 'appeal to their better nature'. This will take time and they may not even comply. I've also considered rewriting our content. Again this takes time. Has anybody experienced this issue before? If so how did you come to a solution? Thanks in advance.
