Automatically Check List of Sites For Links To Specific Domain

Hi all,
Can anyone recommend a tool that will allow me to put in a list of about 200 domains that are then checked for a link back to a specific domain?
I know I can do various link searches and use Google site: command on a site by site basis, but it would be much quicker if there was a tool that could take the list of domains I am expecting a link on and then find if that link exists and if so on what page etc.
Hope this makes sense otherwise I have to spend a day doing it by hand - not fun!

I would recommend Screaming Frog as well, but a couple free alternatives were recently mentioned in a YOUMOZ post, http://moz.com/ugc/conduct-a-backlink-profile-analysis-with-excel-case-study

You can use screaming frog for this but you need to have the paid version which is £99 per year. It can also do tons of other things and I highly recommend it.
This article explains how to use this to see if links have been removed which will also tell you if they still exist.

One of my sites fell off the earth
I manage a handful of sites and have ranked top 5 for a handful of keywords for a long time. I recently checked one of my clients websites and other tier 2 pages will come up but the home page is now not showing up for any listings on Google. Was there a recent update was I put in the mysterious sandbox? I have not modify anything or using any black hat seo tricks. Only thing that was done is the client installed demand force onto their website. Any feedback about an update or about demand force or issue would be helpful. Link check via open site explorer not working?
Not sure why this is happening but when i run our site though open site explorer it is only coming back with 1 link yet we have at least 10 - 20? our site is https://www.fastlabels.co.uk and i tried without the https:// so www.fastlabels.co.uk Any help would be appreciated.

NoFollow Links from Subdomain to root domain better than DoFollow Links?
Our service at fotograf.de is a shopsystem for professional photographers. The customers can build their own website with our tool including an onlineshop to sell their pictures. Here is my question: One part of the customers use subdomains of our site like photographers.fotograf.de. On each customer website we include a backlink to our homepage www.fotograf.de. From SEO view is it better to set these links as NoFollow Links? Or should we put one Follow Link on the starting page on each site and on the other pages only NoFollow Link? Are these links bad for our SEO regarding link diversity because they all come from one root domain? Thanks for the answers! Sebastian

Competitive Link Analysis Tool?
Hi, I ran a competitive link analysis report today and back came quite a few domains that 2 or more of my 5 main competitors link from. Is it worth me submitting links to these sites? And would i be best served submitting my homepage URL or submitting a brand page such as Creative Recreation Trainers? I want to target that brand but don't want to do it if my main URL is better? What are followed vs non-followed links in Domain Analyis report?
I'm new to SEOMoz and wondering if some nice person can put this into plain English for me? 🙂 On the Competitive Domain Analysis report there are green follow / no-follow links and blue followed / non-followed linking root domains? what is the context of the green & blue circles? is there a better or worse visual representation that I should aim for - more dark green, more light green or about half & half. thanks in advance

Why Is SEOMOZ No Longer crawling All Of My Site
Hi all, I joined Seomoz over a month ago and Roger has been crawling all of the pages on the site approx 20 pages. Through out the last few weeks I have been working on the errors and notices identified by Roger. However, this week Roger has only re-crawled 1 page and is not picking up all the other pages. Has any one come across this problem. can you recommend any thing to resolve it? Many thanks in advance....

Non-Recognition of Links
Hi All, I asked about a client last month and have had to do some other digging to try to find out what's going on with its Google rankings. According to our link-building spreadsheet, we have got up to 50 links (from 50 domains) in process of being actioned and a large proportion of these are actually in existence. There are two questions:- 1. Open Site Explorer only recognises 3 domains - as I know that other domains exist and are pointing (mostly 'followed'), what can be the reason OSE doesn't recognise this? 2. What can be done to encourage these external links to be more easily accessible by OSE and, presumably other bots? Other Points:- 1. I initially thought it might be crawl blocking issue causing the rankings, but Bing/Yahoo rankings are slowly dragging themselves upwards. 2. Robots.txt is not blocking any of the site 3. Pro on-site analysis for the target keyword is 'A' 4. The website's stats per OSE are better than some competitors in the top 20 except on the root domain issue, which is why the above point is important. Link building for other clients has worked really well without hiccups and with general gradual recognition, so any tips from more experienced folks out there would be gratefully appreciated. Certain Domains no longer recognised by open site explorer
Afternoon everyone (well, it is for me), We've been tracking the linking root domains to our domain for around 6 months now, alongside tracking these domains we have also been engaging in linking building activities. Our initial activities worked quite well with linking domains rising from around 620 to 720 in 3 months. However, recently we have seen those numbers begin to fall away, in many cases it is because certain domains have stopped linking to us, have become no=follow sites or have been archived. But, in some cases we can see the link is still there, and is being registered by other tools such as yahoo or webmaster tools. My question is really, does anyone have a way of working out why a link, that was in the past being registered by open site explorer, is no longer registering and presumably no longer passing over juice to help with domain authority. What kind of signals should i be looking for to tackle a 'decaying' link? Looking forward to hear your thoughts!
