Hi!
Thanks for letting us know about this. Unfortunately, we are experiencing intermittent issues with our tools as a result of ongoing DDoS attacks. I am so, so sorry for the inconvenience this is causing you. As the issues are intermittent, would you mind trying to add the campaign again?
Rest assured, Moz engineers are working as hard as possible to resolve the tacks and resulting instability. For ongoing status updates, please visit Moz Health. For details on the DDoS attacks on Moz, please check out this article from the NYTimes: Tally of Cyber Extortion on Tech Companies Grows.
Thank you so much for your patience. We really appreciate it!
Kind Wishes,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm so sorry for the trouble you experienced creating your campaign! Unfortunately, we were experiencing a DDOS attack over the weekend. This is caused some intermittent issues with different sections of the site, including campaign creation. You should now be able to create a campaign for your site again.

Unsolved Moz tried to charge our credit card
Hello, We noticed that MOZ tried to charge our credit card, while we are on Trial period until today. We decided to cancel the subscription (until our budget grows and come back). The tool is great, but it currently is too expensive for our business. We enjoyed the trial period and will surely come back when our business can afford it!! Thanks!

When setting up a new campaign for a client should I add keywords
I'm new to Moz and SEO. When setting up a new campaign there are some keywords pre-filled. Sometimes there are a lot. Sometimes they are very client-specific rather than for the sector or for a search. Sometimes there are very few poor quality keywords. Should I research keywords so that there are as many as possible relevant keywords when first setting up the campaign or leave it as it is and add keywords later?

My campaign hasn't updated since wk of Sept 18-24
Even though it shows it should run weekly the campaign appears to be stuck. Also, it seems like campaign frequency should be a variable under campaign settings, but isn't. Is there a way to manually run the campaign to add the data?

I get the error not a valid url when I'm trying to set up a campaign. I know it's a valid url. I have tried with www, non-www, http://, https:// when I do the https it lets me start, but then I get an error that https is forwarding to http and I need to use that. When I then put in the http, I get the original error. thanks in advance for your help.

We have lot's of vertical markets (roughly 13), and lot's of business area's (7). From a reporting perspective I need to report by business area, as well as by vertical market. On top of this, we have 9 regional website.

How do I add the date range to the PDF reports?
Sorry, I know this is a silly question but I have added the modules that I want for each domain's weekly report. The reports are generating and mailing as they should be but it doesn't display the date range of the report anywhere. I have them set to weekly reports but it should definitely show the date range of the information included in the report. Am I missing something or do I have to add to the top? If so, how do I add that? I am thinking it should be the first thing on the reports.

Where to find answers to really dumb questions about setting up Moz campaigns...
I had a Moz account earlier this year, let it drop for a few months, then decided it really was important to have one. So I'm back. But there is still something about it that I really find frustrating. I can't seem to find any answers to what seem to be basic questions. Maybe they are too simple, maybe they are just dumb questions, but I sure would appreciate it if somebody could lead me to another source of information. Maybe somebody has written a "Moz for Dummies" book? Here's an example: I'm setting up campaigns for my websites, and I get to the Brand and Mentions section. It tries to autofill the space using my campaign name, but that's not accurate. So I go look at the Help Hub for Brands and Mentions, and it gives an example using MOZ as the brand name. But not many sites have a three-letter domain name, do they?. One of my domains is EasyDigging.com (2 words) and the other is BestDryingRack.com (3 words). So I look and look, but can't find any examples of longer domain names. So I have no idea how to enter my Brand. Should it be the whole "EasyDigging.com" or should it just be "EasyDIgging" or should it be broke up into "Easy Digging"? This is just 1 example. I find these sort of unanswered questions almost every time I try something new. Is there a collection of examples anywhere? I really hope so. Surely there are others who learn best from examples, who hate having to guess based on slim or vague instructions. Keeping my fingers crossed that somebody can lead me to the goldmine of good examples. Thanks!
