Hi There PopTech!
May I suggest that you start a help ticket at: https://moz.com/help/contact (choose accounts as your category). I can't help you fix it, but I can explain (to a certain extent) what is going on. I've been incessantly asking questions about MozLocal for two/three months now. Flaws like this one are generally a result of the fact that MozLocal is just so new. I've had a 100% completed for Foursquare drop to 0% the next day, and then back again a week later...it just has some bugs.
However, specific to HotFrog, submitting it through the Moz Tool wouldn't help you there. Unless something has changed, Hot Frog is not a partner with Moz. So, you have to create that one yourself. You said it was at 100%, so I'm guessing that means you did. If it says 100% on Hot Frog, I wouldn't worry about the MozLocal being off for now. It's annoying; I understand. However, what's important is that Hot Frog says it's 100% complete.
Let me just add, for the money, I'm a fan of MozLocal. And, I'm sure they will get these kinks worked out sooner rather than later.
Best,
Ruben

Moz local & Rich Data in bi-lingual markets
Hi, any of you have any experience with Moz local in bi-lingual markets? In Quebec, we deal with predominantly French marketplace with large pockets of English speaking communities. However, mostly all of the directories that Moz Local lists to are English. Some offer options to list rich-data in two languages but many don't. Here's the question, have nay of you use both languages when submitting using Moz local (or other similar services) successfully in that the directories that were only English still accepted your "other" languages? Thx.

Localeze Listing Managed By Someone Else?
According to Localeze, we don't have a listing for our Tampa office. However, according to Moz Local, it is managed by someone else. What does that mean? Is Moz Local telling me that their services can't manage Localese and I need to do that listing myself or that someone else has control of our listing and I need to figure out how to get it from them? Or, does it mean something else entirely? Thanks, Ruben
