Moz Local not updating after G+ and FB are updated
-
Per the FAQ, we updated the client G+ and Facebook address information, but Moz Local still lists the incorrect address information. Any ideas on a time frame when the MOZ listing will update? FAQ's state an hour, but that is not happening in this case.

Thanks! We ended up having to get Google involved to manually validate the listings.

I keep following that process and still get the following error: For security, we require your location to exactly match a verified listing on Google or Facebook. To proceed, please update the listings in your CSV or select a verified match for each listing below.
Both Facebook and G+ have the correct physical address on my admin view of G+ (which shows verified) and Facebook, so I am uncertain why this keeps happening.

Good Morning!
Thanks so much for asking about this:) Any time you need to edit your name, address, phone number or website in Moz Local, there is a set of specific steps that need to be taken in a specific order to push your changes through. Let me share these steps with you here:
First, edit the desired data on your Google+ Local or Facebook Place Page
About an hour later, please log into your Moz Local account click the little cloud icon on the page to download the .CSV file our system has auto-generated for your business.
Edit the desired field in the .CSV, making sure that you hand-type in whatever edit you need to make. We recommend using either a recent version of Excel or Google’s free Google Sheets to edit your .CSV. If you have multiple businesses in the .CSV, you can delete the other rows so that we are only editing the business of your choice.
Save the .CSV and then return to the Moz Local dashboard and upload the .CSV via the big yellow button.
We will then re-validate the listing against Google or Facebook and you should see your edit succeed.
I sincerely hope these steps will be helpful! Please let me know if you have any further questions!
If you run into any trouble and need to have a Help Team member take a one-on-one look at your account, please do contact us through the Help Hub:)

Unsolved How can I cancel my Local subscription?
I signed up for Moz Local with an annual subscription and I don't have a store front, so most of it is not relevant to me.

Moz local "add one of your own photos"
I am new to Moz Local, and I am working to update my business listing. I felt lost when there was a section asking for photos, but instead of uploading them, they are a URL. I do not understand how to add these photos. Can someone help?

Moz Local UK - Is Facebook or Google being used to verify NAP?
I am using Moz Local UK on behalf of a customer of mine. There are two verified listings when I do a search for their business name and postcode. There are a couple of slight variations in the two verified NAPs; One says Road, the other says Rd. One says their county, the other says their district - or East Sussex & Brighton & Hove. Both their Facebook and Google+ pages say Road and East Sussex. Both verified listings are wrong and in contrast to any Facebook or Google+ account. Not too sure where to go with this and would appreciate any advice :0)

Local Search and Moz Local Question
I'm using Moz Local for a few clients right now with good results. Was talking to a friend about using it for one of her web clients and a new scenario came up. The client does waste management and has a dozen locations in/outside of a metro area. She's been "trying to get their listing on Google Maps" without luck. After some probing, it turns out their main address for operations is in the metro area they are targeting, but they don't have waste facilities there and wanted to prevent customers from coming there. They actually use a PO Box for their contact information on their website and make no mention of the main address. Looking to see if anyone agrees with my proposed solution: Claim Google My Business listing for the main address in the metro area they're trying to optimize for. Use Moz Local to clean up their main listing (after a quick check, it's a mess) for the operations address. Update website contact info to include the main operations address, and make specific mention of which other addresses customers should/shouldn't go to for dumping/picking up equipment. So, the recommendation would be one Moz Local account. I figure no need to do listing for all of their other locations since they're just waste facilities controlled by the main listing. Does this seem like a plan?

Moz Local, listings still not correct
I've been using Moz Local on all my clients. One client in particular, I've been using Moz Local on for 6 months. Their Moz Local stats all look good inside the dash board. While killing some time the weekend, I ran a few reports on them in Bright Local. None of the sites Moz Local is supposed to be pushing too has the correct listings. They are all different just like before I started. Why is this?

How to create a moz local listing for a service area?
I have a client who service a very wide area, from a major city to about 100 miles north of it, they only have one location but their business is never conducted inside the office. When creating a moz local CSV, any special suggestions on how to best configure it so it's listed for a wide area? Thanks!

Google+ & Yelp Listings not recognized by Moz Local
I've been attempting to get a client's local listings all cleaned up using Moz Local. When I first did a scan, the Yelp listing was there but with an incorrect address. I uploaded all the data via CVS file successfully about a month ago. I logged into the claimed Yelp profile as the owner and made my adjustments. Now, the Moz Local tool says there is no Yelp listing and it's also reporting that there is no G+ page. Can anyone explain? Thanks!
