Historical ranking report - missing data from before 22 April 2013
-
Hi. I've pulled a historical ranking report but there is missing data for my site for Google US pre 22nd April 2013. Google UK ranking data is available and so is competitor data.
Any ideas?

Great. Thanks Sean. I wasn't sure. Will send an email to help@moz.com

Yes, we've had it set up since March 2013. We do have Google UK data and competitor data for the whole period. Just not Google US for some reason.

Stupid one but did you have a campaign at that point? I also know in May 2013 SeoMoz became Moz so it might be a hiccup there.
Might also try help@moz.com they might be able to see more back-end
quick edit: Moz analytics was also beta launched around the same time so might be due to that too!

Keyword ranking is different from rankings report
I just recently posted a blog with the hopes on winning the search "what is sharepoint" I am tracking that query in Moz. I checked this weekend and it looks like I did land in the SERP's postion 23- 26. My colleague a couple hours away from me can see it too in a similar position, and in the rankings I can see it in position 24 when I click on the SERP's spot in moz, but it does not show my position as a rank # Any idea why? Thanks,

Account Cancellation - What happens to historical data?
After cancelling my Moz subscription, if I decide to subscribe again in the future, would I then regain access to historical data from when I was a paying subscriber?

Why didn't the Moz rankings change yesterday?
As of this morning, the Domain Authority section on our campaign still reads: "Next scheduled update: Jan 25, 2017 PST" and nothing has changed - it is still showing our old DA and how much it went up since last time. Is this a problem on our end, or is Moz experiencing difficulties with DA updates? Thanks in advance!

Reports?
Is anyone else missing March 2014 monthly reports? Also, I didn't find a "contact us" email in footer or header nav of site. Is there a simple support email I can just send this question to? Thanks anyone in advance.

Historical Data in MOZ
Currently I'm sharing a MOZ account with an SEO buddy of mine. So, let’s say we want our own account eventually. Would I be able to export historical keyword data to a new account?

How to find first set of Moz rankings?
I'm trying to compare the state of our seo before we started moz to now. I can't find the first set of rankings and on-page grades when I initially setup Moz. I do have access to our first report, but in that first week, I made a number of changes based on the initial crawl/rankings/on-page grades. Anyone know how to get that? Thanks, Ruben

How do I access my Full SERP Analysis Report in the new Moz?
Another possibly dumb question... I ran a full SERP analysis report and had it emailed to me, but in the email there's no link to the report. I logged back into Moz, but I can't find the report anywhere. Thanks! BiDFIvG
